Evan jumped around to avoid the nanobots, but despite his best efforts a couple singed his legs and arms. Landing back down on the ground, he quickly rubbed his singed virtual arms down and smiled at Isvara.
"Gonna have to do better than that, Issy," he remarked, running forward and grabbing his sniper rifle off his back. It would be hard to take aim and shoot properly, but oh well. He stopped momentarily, taking aim at Isvara, then pulled the trigger.
"Let's see how you like that apple!"

"******** that hurt," squealed Isvara, as he immediately held his hand over his bullet wound on his left shoulder to try to heal it with his medical nanobots.
"This is just the beginning, f*****t," he grinned.
Isvara grabbed his handgun, which already had a round of nanoflare bullets filling it. The round of bullets, once it touches its targets, blasts into tiny shards which ends with a flurry of fire.
"My aim with this thing is a bit horrible," laughed Isvara, "If you get hit, what would it say about your ability?"
And so he let one fire in Evan's direction.

"It'd just say that your nano-s**t has good taste for detecting awesome ability, is all!" Evan laughed as he dodged around the bullet. He was too careless though; when he thought he was safe, it touched him and the next thing he knew, pain erupted in his left arm as shards dug their way through his skin. He made a face and a small strangled noise, gripping his hand tightly to ease the pain. The wound probably wasn't too deep, just that it stung a ******** you, a*****e!" Bringing his sniper rifle up again, he merely glanced through the telescopic sight and fired, not bothering with perfect accuracy. All he wanted was to take Isvara down. And maybe because his arm hurt a little because of the stupid shards. But that was a pretty big maybe. He was a MAN, after all. He would laugh so hard if Isvara actually got seriously damaged by this shot.

Evan's bullet hit Isvara again. This time in his right shoulder, leaving it bloodied. He sent his medical nanobots to work again, to try to relieve the searing pain.
I guess its time to stop being so snide.
Isvara put a serious look on his face and thought of a change of plans. He began scanning the area around Evan and checking if the electrical field around him was somewhat positive, as it should have been due to the alternate effects of the previous two nanoswarm attacks.
Isvara focused his glove's towards Evan and began to negatively charge his nanobots, hoping that it would send a jolt of lightning in Evan's direction.

A small, thin line of electricity shot towards Evan and hit him square in the chest, and a tingle ran up his spine. With a little shudder, he shook it off.
"Issy, honey! What kind of attack was that?" jeered Evan, his confidence elevated by the last attack on Isvara. He waved his gun around smugly. "You're going to have to improve lots more before you can defeat me! Mwahaha!" Hah, memorising those lines from dramatic movies had paid off! Ezra could stop laughing at him now when she walked in on him practicing. He took aim and fired again. Third time lucky for the heart!

Isvara avoided taking a hit from the bullet shot by Evan. However, when he looked as his left sleeve, it was ripped by the bullet.
Think on feet! Think on feet!
Isvara grabbed his handgun again, the one filled with 9mm nanoflare bullets and tried to return the favor.
"I hope I don't break your heart, Evan sweetheart," Isvara snidely remarked, before he pulled the trigger.

"Ooh!" Isvara's bullet scraped his shoulder, sending a spasm of red hot pain along the skin. Evan winced and rubbed his shoulder; he hated being shot at. Usually he was out of sight when he himself was snipering, so they had no chance to retaliate. Damn. Being shot at sucked.
"Was that an advance on me that I hear, sweetheart?" he asked, grinning and pointing his rifle at Isvara. "I'm sorry, but I'm way too manly to accept your non-manly feelings!" He let off two bullets in quick succession, hoping for some heavy damage.
