Conall's laughter subsied to a smile, "Well brother, the sun is risen. Should we rest? Or prehaps, we should continue.." It was so strange to not be completely bound to the night, or the word of the alpha. Very odd, not to have the eyes of god right upon you every beat of the day. It was exhilerating, and terrifying at the same time.

The starred male rose to his feet and shook off his fur. "Continue, why not? We can sleep when we want, and eat when we want. No more are we chained to the laws of shadows" He told him and smiled proudly.

If there had been a tail attached to Connal's rear, it would have wagged, but the slight smile to his expression sufficed as he stood. "Agreed, well put brother." The black male took in a deep breath, eyes stinging with the unfamiliar brightness. Somehow, it was a good feeling, though, to feel the light on his fur.

Nodding to his brother then starting to walk further and further away from their past home. A lighting feeling came upon him as he felt himself tugging away at the strings that had held him down for so long. "Brother....where do we go from now? We are lones"

A smile tuged at his lips. "Lones? I don't see any.. We are pack brother, small, but we are pack.." He lifted his teal muzzle to the wind, as if he could find any answer he needed in the scents it carried. "Well... It was our hearts that pulled us away from here, so they must have a place in mind." The smile crinkled the corners of the wolf's eyes, his ears splayed in a relaxed manner. "..I say we follow them untill they stop pulling at our paws."

"I shall follow you to the ends of the earth my brother" he said and streched a little. He chuckled and thought of something, "Maybe we could dye that cloak blue and pin it to your big butt" He said and laughed louder. They had always joked about his tail and it had sorta become a joke between them.

Conall's nose wrinkled in a mock snarl as he lifted a paw and gave his brother a playful push. "I think it would do better over your face brother.. Might scare away less of the prey..." The wolf gave a barking laugh as he thought of the joke. There weren't many that could tease his tail-or more appropriately, a lack there of-but Xihuitl was his most trusted friend.

Xihuitl yipped and jumped on his brother like they used to paly as pups and bit his ear playfully. "Well now wer can have a true test of whos better with the ladies, i bet my face will do better than yours" He laughed and got off his bother almsot trotting next to him, across the soft grass.
