I would like to note that I would like legendaries to be used but they can not be in the uber tier

Since most meta games do contain them such as Heatran I guess there is a possibility that I'd let that. Though I am not really sure. I will let Kyrenx and the other members decide on that. I am fine with the legendaries as long as the uber clause is in effect.
With that in mind, are there going to be any specific clauses that our league will abide by?

I personally don't like allowing legendaries. But, I'd not going to complain if they are voted to be used.

Now guys there are people I know who battle with legendaries but they aren't uber tiered.

I know plenty of people who only use one on their team. And I still find them annoying sometimes. My main team can make legendaries look like a joke. But, my gym team has problems with them, at the moment. Although, I am working on fixing that problem. Either way, my vote's still for "no".

Freeze clause? o.O That seems rather pointless, if you ask me. As someone once said "It's not like you can freeze at will."

I'd figure you could keep using an ice move till a person is frozen, but it seems nowadays, to be frozen is such a rarity.

I'm going to have to agree with Luther and Cormini on this one Koishi. Freeze Clause is pretty absurd unless you want to go with a Sleep/Freeze Combo where you can't sleep someone while another poke is frozen? But ideas like that are just GNPL stuff for you.
