"Alrighty, we're done here, so time to spar Yamato," Ti said as he untied his zanpacto from his back and set it in a small corner. "Now let's start, I won't use my tornado beat during the session, that is you want me too?" Ti asked Yamato.

"Alright Yamato, if you say so, Tornado Beat, Phoenix Talons!" Ti quietly said as his hands were covered by talons made of blue and red flames mixed in with reiatsu, "See these flames, added these recently, though they do take a lot 'outta me, it's worth it. Now lets start," Ti said as began circling the mat. He looked around Yamato and scanned every movement. Guess I'm taking the first move, Ti thought as ran towards Yamato with a Left Hooked punch.

Yamoto smiles. He begins to gather reiatsu in his hands. He molds the reiatsu making it a fine as the sharpest blade. Yamoto disappears when Ti nears him. Yamoto appears behind Ti, he thrust his right hand at the lowest part of the neck.

As the strike came near is neck, Ti simply turned his body slightly while using his right hand to use a knife-hand to block Yamato while he used his left hand to throw a left hooked punch aimed straight at Yamato's face, "Still sneaky Yamato, I thought so,"

Yamoto bends his back to avoid the blow to the face. He put his hand on the ground and pushes up. This causes Yamoto's foot to fly at Ti face.

He moved his body weight on his back foot, as his right foot pointed to the right while his left foot was straight ahead making an L. "Lets go, Ladies first," Ti said as he signaled Thanatos to attack him.

She pulls off her gear and over-shirt and removes her Zanpakuto from
her side.
She walks over to the heaviest of weight lifting equipment and wraps her tail around one lifting it off the ground whilst grabbing hand weights and working her arms with them.
