"Why wouldn't she be happy that you were doing well?" That was just another notch against some of the teachers around here. Some of them were scary and she even wondered if they all even wanted you to learn anything...
"Yes, she is. But she made sure that she wouldn't be forgotten..." The brass snorted and changed the subject. "Have you seen some of those stores at the mall? Entire stores filled with shiny objects! But... 'La never takes me in there. She says it's expensive..."

He gave a shrug, "I think the teachers just have different methods is all." And they probably thought that their way was the right way, everyone was like that. He gave the koala girl a smile, "Still, I like taking classes with all sorts of different teachers, you seem to learn more that way. They all have different methods, different ways they go about teaching, so the more teachers the more see since they have different points of view."
Vorel gave a nod of agreement, "Thats true... Geia lost someone important to him after that incident." The Frost muttered, half to himself. If only he were bigger, stronger, were able to do more that day he thought to himself but forced all of his old regrets to the back of his mind when the subject was changed, "Ahh, yes. Baroness' loves those places. I like the food court myself. Always end up as a jungle gym for little kids though."

"True... just some of them are meaner than others." Ala kicked her feet for a moment. "I miss Kat's classes... and the other classes from when we were younger. They were much more fun."
Bob grinned. "The food court is nice... but they don't sell raw meat. It does smell very good, though." The brass eyed the frost for a long moment. "Jungle gym?" He snorted. As if he'd let them climb all over him... now, telling them a story would be something entirely different...

The owl boy gave a nod of agreement, "Yeah, those classes were fun. Just had to color and stuff." He said, "My father had some fun classes too, the first flying class he did, when I learned to fly, was pretty interesting. Lots of crashing."
He could still remember getting tackled by Vivina when she wasn't able to stop gliding in time.
Vorel nodded, "I don't mind and sometimes hey share their lunch if your nice." Any dragon dragon smart enough learned that kids were the best way to get snacks. "They loved to give away food if it means they get to pet you."

"Why must we grow up?" The teenager sighed. Such was the dilemma of life. When one was young they yearned to be older and when they finally got older, they wished they were young again. "I liked my climbing class... it was fun. Wish I could do that one again..."
The brass had to admit that Vorel had a point. "Yes, food is good... perhaps I will try that next time..." He grinned. Why were dragons such suckers for food?

The owl gave a little sighing sound, "Making friends was a lot less complicated when we were younger too." He said, "Just said 'hi' gave your name, and then you played." It all got confusing as you got older, other feelings were drug into it, and it just got overwhelming at times.
Vorel grinned and nodded, "Works every time." He said then sat down, stretching his wings out before flapping them, "Bleh, to hot." He complained as he proceeded to once more release a fog of cold air to help cool himself off.

Ala chuckled softly. "That's true. And problems were solved with an 'I'm sorry' and a hug. You had a different best friend every day, depending on who you were playing with at the time... and you didn't get funny looks for hanging out at the park."
The brass gave a sort of shrug. "Not that bad, really. The sun actually feels rather nice." Then again, Bob was built for a desert climate....

"I wonder if things could have been fixed with an 'I'm sorry' and a hug." He mused, half to himself before looking over to Ala and gave a laugh, "I have gotten so odd looks while hanging out at the park. Given my mode of dress, the fact I practice my magic there, and I hang out with Vorel I can't blame the people who give me the looks though." He couldn't help but grin some, he and his dragon were an odd sight to behold.
Vorel glanced up at the sun to see where it was hanging in the sky before flapping his wings to swirl the cold fog around himself more, "I like night better, its a bit cooler and less crowded when we go places." Despite that time of day being superior they were more often out during the day since Ligeia was social and day was when most people seemed to be awake.

Ala laughed. "Yeah, I mean, how many teenagers hang out at the park? Most are at the mall, but Bob doesn't like the mall. Too crowded. We go every now and then, but now that he can fly, we just head to the park. Lots of things to climb on and think."
The brass spread his wings and grinned. The sun felt good upon his scales. "Hmm... we may try going out at nights. Ala doesn't like the heat too much."

"Well... I can think of one who does regularly but then again my brother just likes to cause trouble." He said with a little laugh, "The mall is fun from time to time but I only go for clothes. Vorel normally gets tackled when we head to the mall, hes so sweet and little kids seem to love him."
Vorel gave and smile and a nod, "Maybe we will see each other while we were out." He said, liking the idea as he rather liked this dragon. He was really smart and didn't seem to mind that Vorel wasn't. It reminded him bit of Keir except Jorm wasn't nearly as aggressive.

"My sister likes to go buy clothes and I sometimes go along with her... but I go sometimes to just hang out somewhere with air conditioning..." She chuckled. "Some shopkeepers don't seem to be fond of dragons... plus their stores aren't really big enough in the aisles."
Bob nodded. "Maybe. That'd be neat!" He grinned, liking this frost dragon. A nice dragon who liked to listen to him talk!

Ligeia couldn't help but laugh a little, "I doubt that Vorel would really fit in any of their stores anymore, hes just lucky that the walk ways in the mall from the doors to the food court are so big."
At least Vorel had little interesting in shopping so he wouldn't feel as if he were being left out of anything when Ligeia did go out.
"Should tell them our plans." He said, looking at their partners. After all hanging out with other people always made Ligeia smile, made him happy. He didn't have time to be sad or lonely or fuss over things that had happened in the past when he was conversing.

Ala glanced over at the two dragons. "True... They don't make many places very dragon friendly as far as size goes..." When she got a house of her own, it would be big enough for Bob to live in it, too!
"Sure!" The brass took it upon himself to tell the two. Well, since he knew English... and loved to talk... "We think it'd be neat to see each other when we're out sometimes." Bob grinned. "Meeting friends in places is fun!"

Ligeia nodded, there were a lot of places that Vorel was unable to go these days and he was only going to get bigger, "Well the sky will always be big enough for them." He murmured, looking up at the sky which was slowly darkening as time passed.
He turned to look over at Bob as he spoke up for himself and Vorel, the subject making the owl smile, "I don't mind, what do you think Ala? Maybe we can take them out some where some night soon. There is always the drive in, there is room there for cars so surely there is room for dragons." He said with a laugh.
Vorel's tail started to wag when the plan he and Bob had was readily accepted by the owl. He turned his attention to Ala in a hopeful manner.

"The sky's the limit, eh?" Ala chuckled and grinned at the two plotting dragons. "Sounds good to me!" The koala girl smiled at Bob, who seemed rather pleased with himself.
Something hit the brass and he turned to Vorel. "We just set them up on a date, didn't we?" He commented softly to the frost, hoping that Geia wouldn't overhear the comment.
