I want a pink betta...that's okay cuz I have a rainbow one named...well, Rainbow! I've always wanted one but the two I had were solid blue and red. I'll put up pics later, I need to get one on my computer.

I'll put up pics later, I need to get one on my computer. thats cool,Monty is pink and purple (he has a few purple strpes in his fins and a purple tinge when the light hits him right) I dont understand how people think he is white.....lol I just dont see it...lol

Super Goo He's a pastel opaque, as far as I can tell. The opaque gene is actually dominant, so I wouldn't call it a rare colour, although you don't see it as often in pet store fish as the reds and blues. (I'm assuming he's a pet store find because he's a veil tail, correct me if I'm wrong.) Opaque bettas are very rare when they're solid white. I used to have a cute little female with the same colour. smile Wow, interesting about the genes. I don't really know if he is rare or not, but like you said, I've never seen a pink one in the pet stores before
