Razu didn't even stir.
Steffon thumped his forpaws on the ground inviting Gabe to play his tail wagging fiercly.

Layna sighed once more and set the awoken child upon the floor. He stood up on his legs and ran toward the wolf, giggling brightly. His hands dug into Steffon's fur, squealing. "Woof!"

Layna sat upon Razu's couch, her arms wrapped around her son as he took a nap on her lap. Her head laid back against the arm as she tried to sleep just a little, and yet she still could not. Every time she had checked in on Razu, he had barely moved, though at least he was given water by her. It was beginning to worry her, though.

Razu stirred and sat up rubbing his eyes. He looked around and saw Layna and Gabe,"Oh! OH! Layna! Gabe! What are you guys...I mean Hi! Good morning."

Layna blinked, and looked up toward Razu, her eyes widening slightly. "You're awake!" She gasped softly, a smile upon her face. "You had us worried. You've been out for three days. How do you feel?" She asked softly.

Razu's own eyes widend,"Three days? I've been out for three whole days! wow!" He began to examine himself critiquely,"Um...I feel great! Really great!" A feeling crashed into Razu's heart squeezing it tightly. Ignoring the bad feeling he stood up and nearly fell over,"whoa! I think three days outta commission made my body forget to walk."

Layna quickly laid her sleeping son on the couch and ran to Razu's side. "You're stupid sometime, you know that?" She muttered, rolling her eyes. She pulled him up with extreme ease, and set him to sit on the edge of the bed. "Stretch before you do that again."

Layna blinked and looked at him briefly, before she walked back into the living room, her cheeks pale. She felt confused. She wrapped her son in her arm and sat back down upon the couch, rocking him gently. "Hmm...I'm mad at you still a little. For that night..."

"For leaving me..." She muttered, raising her grey eyes to him. She lowered them once more, and brushed her fingers through her son's hair. He gurgled comfortably and shifted into her side. She smiled softly, blinking. "You left me all alone, and then that vampire approached me, and that...." She fell silent quickly, realizing nothing was needed to be known.

"I left you...wait...I haven't seen you since that...aha! That's what it was!" His brain suddenly in gear he remembered the smell he smelt on Duke. "Aha! I knew it! That girl who took you! She smelled similar to that fallen angel in the subway! That was the one who Duke hit and nearly fell outta the sky because of! Yes! Of course! What did the fallen want with you Layna?" He looked at Layna before looking over at Steffon,"Um..you don't have to answer...sorry I didn't follow you Layna...Jaden coulda died....I sent Duke but he lost you..."

Layna lowered her eyes, a shiver passing through her. "He...wanted....to...speak with me..." She whispered, though the answer lacked the complete truth, it was still true. "I'm glad Duke lost me...if I was followed..." She cringed, her arms tightening lightly around her son.
