Dakarai puffed up, proud of his hunting skills and of the compliment he earned. With the struggles of the rabbit winning out, he let his friend go. Watching for a second as the rabbit shook out his fur and waited for him to go home.
Smiling, the cub was eager to go home, and at the same time reluctant to leave Tiamat. They had to go him, but he was glad for the time he had to play with her today. "Thanks Tiamat! It was really fun playing and hunting with you!" They did, good friends work well together, they and Naga'nika could do anything together, and he was sure of it and saw the evidence of it.
With a soft sad sigh, which confused the rabbit seeing as Daka was a complete momma's boy, Daka said his farewells, "We better get home, Momma's looking for me and I am sure your momma would be very happy to see you home as well. Could you say hello to Naga'nika for me when you get there?" Ready to go him, he'd wait until she was off before running off on his own as well.

With a nod, Tiamat couldn't help but to agree with Dakarai. It was definitely a lot of fun playing and hunting with him! "It was a lot of fun, Dakarai!" She smiled widely at him.
She knew it was about time to head on home, but she didn't want to. She was sadden at the idea, although she could go and tell Naga'nika all about today! Hopeful in that regard, she bade her farewells. "Yea, I don't want to make my Mom worried about me. And yes, I'll be sure to tell Naga that you said Hi!" She took one more glance at him before she starting to head off in the direction of her family's den. Today had to have been one of the best days for her, it was chalk full of fun!

Smiling, his tail swayed behind him as he watched his friend leave. Finally giving in to the urge to run to his mother, the cub turned and darted off. Behind him, the little bunny hopped to keep up, protesting the sudden running.
