'I'll bear that in mind, thank you,' Meena said, genuinely grateful. Maybe it really was good that she had met Diego, she really did need a friend from that side of the fence.
'Well,' she glanced around.
'I'm gonna take myself off. It was nice to meet you, though I'm sure you wouldn't believe that.'

Diego blew out through his lips, making an amused, rolling sound. "No hoofmarks," he said, grinning as he danced back and away from her a bit. "With the kind of mood you were in, I call that a lucky thing. It was nice to meet you too, Meena." He ducked his head a bit in a kind of nod. "See you around the pasture again sometime."
