Smiling, the demonic pae hugged Esmee close. He was ecstatic, though who wouldn't if the love of their life had just said yes to one of the biggest questions you could ask?

Chucking some as she nipped his ear, Bneut started rubbing her back lightly.

This was pleasant. Perhaps Esmée could just rest there. She let out a quiet sigh and listened to his breathing, feeling alright about this whole engagement and this whole relationship. Bneut was the most amazing person she had met, and she loved sitting there with him in such a peaceful environment.

And so, she closed her eyes and let herself relax, falling somewhere between the state of alertness and a state of restful, angelic sleep. She was on cloud nine and couldn't be better.
