Rain laughed and nuzzled his sholder. "I remember my first movie too." She sighed lovingly and hit play again to get the movie started. Turning around slightly she smiled to Yukai, half of it might have been his pocky but still. "That's fine Yukai. Just hurry up, the movie's starting." She reached for the popcorn and put it between herself and Kaki. This was definatly a scary movie.

 A black kit with rainbow markings slowly came towards the door.
He was here was because Perish ordered him to get out of the house, and he heard a few kits talking about some party here. He didn't really think if you had to be invited to get in. After all it is A Party, right? Should I knock, ring the doorbell, or just barge in? Dark thought, if I barge in, that might be rude, but whatever. What if I ring or knock and no one comes to the door? He decided that just going in would be the best chose. Dark lifted a paw, turned the doorknob, and went in.
Hmmm, not to many people... Dark thought, I should just stand here and wait for someone to notice me. If I barge into someone conversation, that'd be rude.

The familar black, red-masked face of Shade slipped through the front door. His silver gaze glanced around as the dark poet silently wondered if he had came to the right address. A post-it note crammed between his collar rubbed against his neck irritably as he quietly shuffled inside the abode. This had not been the first time Foxx's lack of direction had gotten him lost. Ears led by the sounds of familiar voices, Shade turned his head into the main room where he was greeted by the sight of some aquainted foxes. He smiled slightly at the more common pelts of Rain Dance, Yuuki, and Kaki, but tilted his head curiously at the foxes whom struck an unknown note in his memory. He figured they must be friends of Rain. He looked over his shoulder as the door softly shut behind. A young, demonic male stalked in behind Shade, a bored look plastered accross his face. Shade frowned lightly at the demon's unenthusiastic response and padded silently to a corner of the main room in hopes his entrance would not disrupt the film that the others had occupied themselves with. The demon, Sorren, glanced dully around the house. His wings folded tightly to his side and tail dragged accross the ground as he stepped foward. He wasn't sure why he was at the party, nor did he care. He had been instructed to tag along with Shade to learn to be more socially adapt with others, though he doubted greatly that the outcome would ever come to such a theory. He sighed softly at the different foxes; some he had seen before, some he hadn't, none he knew. He watched boredly as Shade trotted off to a lonesome, quiet corner of the room. Deciding to do the same, Sorren slipped past a dark, rainbow-patterned male to the opposite end of the room where he tried to make himself as unnoticable as possible.

Rain smiled and rapped her tail around Kaki witha blush. "Hmm this is too scary." She shuddered and withdrew from his warm figure for a moment. Noticing the newcomers she dipped her head lightly. "Hey Sorren, Shade, Dark." She smiled lightly, her fur becoming slightly lighter. "Find a place to sit, we're watching a scary movie that Kaki picked out." She shook her head and stuck out her tounge to Kaki. "I'll make more popcorn and call Yuuki if I can." She grinned to Shade and then turned to Sorren. "You can come with me." She moved gracefully towards the kitchen.

"Its not my fault though! I had no idea!" He didn't move his eyes from the TV though. The movie fascinated him, it wasn't very scary... or at least to him. He watched the gore spew out of a innocent bystander. He chuckled a bit. His ears twitched at the sound of Shade. "Shade Sensei?!" He turned around quickly and grinned.
Yukai sighed. "What odd people." He had noticed the demon who seemed to slink away and hide. He frowned and went to him anyway and sat down. Not saying anything. Just sitting by Sorren and staring off into space.

"Yeah sure Kaki!" Rain teased from the kitchen. She stuck a bag of popcorn into the microwave. She waited impatiently for the beep and quickly pulled it out with her teeth. Sorren didn't follow but she saw him sitting by Yukai so she wasn't worried. Her heart did a small flip but she ignored it and brought the popcorn to Kaki. She jumped quickly onto the couch and rapped her tail around him again. "Hmm much better."

Shade dipped his head in greeting. "Evening fair Rain Dance, and... Ah, young Kaki." He smiled warmly to the hostess and his pupil. He softly padded to the side of the couch to get a better veiw of the film. From reading a number of tales and poems from Edgar Allen Poe, Shade was quite used to the thought of death and blood and didn't seem at all startled by the movie. "What film would this be?" he whispered over the arm of the couch. He blinked curiously at Rain's remark. Didn't he glimpse Yuuki's pelt on the way in? Or had he mistaken another fox for her? He looked around the darkened room in slight confusion before tilting his head lightly at Rain's grin. Was it supposed to mean something that he did not know?
Sorren sighed softly as he watched the other foxes greet each other from the corner of the room. He glanced boredly at the movie. Horror; no doubt fiction. Silver eyes slowly blinked towards a glint of multi-colors as Rain Dance approched him and asked for him to follow her to the kitchen. He shrugged lightly and was about to trot over to the kitchen, when a dark-gray, winged male sat beside him. He studied the angelic, never used to the fact of others approaching him from random. Yet, he did not question Yukai. He looked over to the kitchen where Rain came out with a bowl of popcorn as quickly as she went in. Figuring he was no longer of use, the demon sat quietly in the corner, observing the others from a dull prespective.

Yuuki who had slowly drifted off away from her sister and into a corner thinking deeply snapped her head up surprised at the sound of the movie. Wrinkling her nose slightly at the sight of the gore she noticed Rain dance and Shade. Smiling brightly she padded over to the couch and noticed Rain had just come back with some more popcorn she had made.
The smell made her stomach grumble but she ignored it for now. Looking up at them she turned to look Rain who seemed to be rather stuck to Kaki. Blushing slightly not wanting to interrupt them she stumbled on her words slightly "H-hello Rain.. Uh you wouldn't mind if I joined you guys on the couch would you?" she felt like she needed permission since this wasn't exactly her house.
Serena who was engrossed with the TV screen couldn't stop staring this movie was fascinating! She noticed her mouth slightly open and quickly closed it blushing. looking around again now not having her focus on the movie for a moment she realized that a lot of fox had come while she wasn't paying attention.

"A scary movie?" Dark said, "Which kind?" he said, as he dragged his feet to a couch. After making himself comfortable, he paw reached out for some pocky that was on the counter.

Rain laughed and smiled to Yuuki. "Sure you can dear little sister." She smiled even more warmly and patted the space next to her with her tail. Detaching herself from Kaju she whispered to Yuuki. "He's my partner now, we have kids actually. Please don't be angry with me." She wasn't quite sure why she was telling Yuuki but she did love her little adopted sister.

Kaki was staring at the movie intently, as if there was going to be a questionare afterwards. He only looked at Rain for a moment when she went to talk with Yuuki.
A small knock on the door was heard and Niji waited by the closed door for a answer. Yoshi had led them here and she was unsure where exactly this was.
Yukai smiled once at the black demon and went to be with his mate. "Serena!" He said and sat down next to her give her a quick nuzzle. She seemed to be as into the movie as Kaki was, he chuckled.

Yuuki smiling climbed up stumbling a few time, she liked that Rain considered her as a little sister it made her happy. Walking across the couch her paws sinking in lightly. Reaching the spot where Rain had patted she daintily sat down wrapping her tail around her paws then focusing her attention to the TV for a moment she flinched a bit at the scene but then turned her attention back to Rain listening. Smiling brightly she looked over at Kaki then back to her big sister. "T-that's great! You must be happy. And I don't know why I would be angry, I don't see any reason for me to be. Oh, and guess what Serena had kids as well. Maybe when they get older they can meet." whispering this all quietly to Rain hoping not to disturb the others she really was happy that Rain was happy.
Serena who was still watching very focused swiveled her head surprised at the sound of Yukai's voice, she hadn't seen him earlier so she was unaware that he had been here the whole time. Blushing she watched as he came over and sat down giving her a quick nuzzle. "I didn't realize you were here.."

Shade curled up at the side of the couch's arm and silently watched the movie as Yuuki and Rain spoke with each other on the couch. They seemed to be conversing about kits and mates; a common topic that seemed to spread like a wild fire these days.
Sorren glanced up as the angelic male left to be with a pink femme; his partner by the looks of it. He sighed, not really paying much attention to the movie. Looking around, he noticed the dark and rainbow male from before seemed to be sitting alone on a couch as well as Shade who seemed to be content on the floor. Not that it mattered to him anyway. He slowly got up to leave; all these emotions made him feel awkward. Unaware of the soft knock, the demon silently padded to the front door. Opening it lightly, he was somewhat confused at what seemed to be Rain Dance standing in the doorway. He soon realized that the colors on this femme's pelt were far too light to be Rain, and that the similarity of the two must have been a coincidence. He slowly stepped to the side, figuring he'd let the femme inside first.

She smiled and nuzzled Yuuki again."Parhaps, they could be best friends." Rain gave a soft yawn as the movie finished. She bounded from the couch and pressed the off button with her nose. "Well the movie's over so... what do we want to do now?" Just noticing that the door was open she moved towards it. "Niji? Yoshi? Guy I don't know?" She laughed and opened te door wider. "I see you found our little sister Yoshi."
Yoshi nodded but didn't smile. All he wanted was to go upstairs and sleep now. "Yoshi Yoshi." Frowning he added, "Yoshi yoshi yoshi." With a bound and a leap he was up the stairs and pn his way to bed.
Raindance nodded knowingly. "Okay. Alright. Goodnight Yoshi." She watched him go and, shaking her head, turned back to Niji. Leading her in she motioned around the house and said, "Well this is River's house and these are our friends and family."

Kanji followed Niji inside tentitively. There sure were a lot of others here. Noticing that a black and orange demonic was leaving he stood out of the way. "Not having fun?" He asked him warrily as if sizing up the party.
Rain blinked as if she had jsut remembered something. Wait... she did! Turning on her feet she said, "Wait there a moment." She got to the couch again and nudged Yuuki to her feet. "Shade's been waiting for you, I think." She nodded knowing and went back to Niji.
