Well, after reading the article in DesFailed actually, I changed my mind about thinking the ring didn't mean anything at all. ^^; I thought that way originally because other characters had that ring, but then I realized after reading their article that Tifa is not wearing her ring at all in any of the other AC scenes before that zoom in scene. =O When Tifa puts her hand down, they are making it known that she has one. They are implying something, though I'm not entirely sure what. I'm sure it goes along the lines of cloti. And, of the other characters that have the ring (isn't it just Barret?) you really have to be looking hard to see it. : / They don't make it an important thing like they do with Tifa's.
