ninjadeathbunny This may sound lame but i started playing cause i was like sad..... and music totally cheers me up no matter what... its what i have based most of my life around, listening, playing, recording, it's everything to me... Honestly playing in a band though is one of the best experiences you can have and in the end if your playing in a band for fun its a hobby and if your not having fun you shouldn't be in the band. Guitar is about expression and fun if you aren't having fun don't play. just my opinion though wow music therapy great answer A+

I started playing because of the sound. Gotta love the distortion, the wah-wah, flanger, phazer, kill switch... yeah. So it's a hobby, but I'd love to join a band, if I could find anyone in southern California.

i have two bands. One.....we practiced once.
two....we haven't gotten a bass player(or)third geetarist.
I'm in two bands that are oging nowhere, but Im oh so serious bout being in bands. I play not to be in bands, but to feel that groove. I'm sure we all know how that feels, to not be able to put your ax down.
