Hidalgo watched her start down the hill; kicking her heels a bit as she heads down to the lake. He couldn't help but smile at her. There was nothing like watching a mare kicking her heals, and she rather matched the flower fields around her, with the blue flowers on her body, and the multiple colors of flowers around here. A mare like her belonged in a place like this. He continued after her at a good clip, heading for the lake as well, as he was feeling a little thirsty too.

she looks back at Hidalgo then tosses her head a little, turning her head back she looks around at the differant colored flowers, she starts to giggle more, she had always liked how she could match the flowers it was kind of fun " look I match the flowers." she giggles again, getting to the bottom of the hill she walks over to the lake slowing, finding a way down to lake's edge, she looks over the water

He smiled as she voiced what he had been thinking about the flowers. He followed after her, then on a spur of the moment thought, he headed for the lake, and headed into the cold blue water. His breath was momentarily stolen as the icy water closed around him, but then he started to kick his feet, and made his way along the shore; his head resting slightly above the water as he continued to swim. His mane moved around his head like a brown cloud, and his tail flowed like a brown streamer behind him; showing where it was the stallion had been in the water. Yep, I was right. It is cold, he huffed, though continuing to swim.

she watches him head into the water she she gets a drink slowly then turns her eyes back to him, she watches him swin along the shore " it looks cold." she watches him again swin again shurgging she walks into the water slowly, trying to keep the water from making her catch her beath " this is fun."

It is very cold. But It's also very refreshing. I think my hooves are going to be numb in a minute though. He continued with powerful strokes of his legs as they cut through the water. He finally headed back towards the shore, and as his feet touched the ground, he pulled himself forward through the water; his hooves digging into the soft soil. He finally emerged to where only his belly and legs were in the cold water, and he shook himself vigorously; sending droplets of cold water everywhere around him. Ah.

" I think my body is going numb." she smiles at him and then heads for the shore, stepping into it she looks back at him and smiles a little bit " the air is a warm at lease, this has been a good day, would you like to come with me? I would where some apples are" she smiles again " it will also give us time to warm up a little before night comes." she turns and starts to shiver a bit

Apples sound really good, and it would be nice to warm up a bit. He shook slightly himself, but he tried to cover it by shaking off water, so that it didn't seem he was too cold. He didn't want her to think he was weak. He shook himself again, and then made his way out of the water, to walk beside her.

Bella watches him and smiles again she turns and smirking she takes off in a trot towards where the apples are " come on Hidgo>" she smirks again then turns her head to see if he was following her.

Hidalgo followed after her, keeping his steps even with hers. Occasionally, as he followed, he twitched a bit to try and remove some more water from his coat.

Bella turns her head and watching him smirking a little bit she then turns back and sniffs the air, they could smell the apples the sweetness of them as they head down a little hill, they see a lone apple tree by a little steam. Bella smirks and then runs for it " catch me if you can."
