Roronoa_Forte Here's a quick solution to the entire problem: one squad. We're all united, we're all equal. One squad is all we need. The only problem is that there is no organization this way. Unless you have something to propose on how we'd organize that, I'm still gonna say that seperating into common job groups with an anonymous mule giving out jobs is the best idea we've come up with so far. We don't need to sacrifice our unity in order to do this, we'd still be working together on everything, it would just make it easier to distribute things to do among the members.

Ok, my proposal still stands.
An Alliance Council. This council will be representatives of the guild, appointed by either myself or a voting. I propose that the active members vote in their representatives. Naturally, I will not defer my position on the council. However, I will not run things alone. I beleive that Animal_Tamer has done a fine job and that she, too, should join me on this council, but I propose that it be decided on a vote. The first order of business would be to get a ballot of appointees for the council. I also think the council should consist of an odd number. Given our numbers, perhaps 5 members... maybe more, but an odd number to swing votes on key guild issues.
Secondly, we need to develop something to motivate the members to get involved, as well as others outside the guild. I still think that numbers are important, but so is being active. I think its up to US to motivate activity, and lack of posts was OUR fault, NOT those people banned for not posting... Regardless, I still do not agree with a ranking system, but lets get the council together and start making these decisions as a whole. That is my opinion.

I trust miss Tamer and her judgement. I believe she would do a fine job on the council.

It has also been proposed to me that Jobs for mods (council) would be appropriate. I see no problem with this. Once we get a concil together, perhaps it will make easier sense. I still think a council will be our best bet.

I defiantly think TAmer should be on that council. As for other nominess, You swift paw are a great one and maybe meta.

Miss lithia: er... I was inactive for a long time awhile back when some important things were happening in the guild. And in the state I've been in recently... I don't if I'd do a very good job at the moment.

I don't if I'd do a very good job at the moment. You've always done a great jo b before that swiftpaw. and Some times RT comes in to kick us all in the rear. But You dont have to be on the council lol. I'm just suggesting those I think would help.
