I got the GavSim thing to work. It took a bit to get used to, it's so different from the Gaia Homes Editor. Unfortunately, the design would cost a fortune. lol
scream After working an hour on the thing, I just discovered all it let me save was a stupid banner scolding me for linking, which I did NOT do!!! evil
Forget them. I aint redoing it.

I can donate 39,000 from this account and 10,000 from my NinthDoctor account if necessary to help offset any costs.

Dawntreader5 goddess_oraorchid Well if not the Tardis then maybe....something Doctor Who related like maybe even something from Torchwood or Sarah Jane or an old TARDIS Those might be more conceivable, but a TARDIS room would so cool, that I think we should at least try. Ezactron, thanks for the well wishes and the offer. Playing around with that sim I'm finding that even a classic TARDIS is a bit more than difficult. There just aren't that many space-y housing items that Gaia has released. Now, Sarah Jane's attic or the Tyler flat might be do-able...

Wonderful! If I knew more about Sarah-Jane's Attic I would look into that, but I'm never around when the Sarah-Jane Adventures air on SciFi here in New Jersey, and they don't show them on BBC America.
How about this. Why don't we make as many different layouts as we can (or those of us with windows and skills can do this), then evaluate them based on cost, appearance, and general popularity. This way we get the best one for a reasonable price, and every one who wants to participate can.

I tried again with the sim thing--this time I screenshot & cropped the image, & reduced the size. The stupid GavSim thing tells you to right-click & copy to save, then just gives you that scolding thing saying you linked. mad I left a couple of those Maritime windows up from my initial idea to show you how cool they are as roundels. They're also expensive, though! The Gothic Candle Stand looks a lot like a hat rack. smile The Grandfather Clock is the Master trying to crash the party. lol The table arrangement in the middle is as close to a console as I could figure out.

A Cloister Room. smile The sim doesn't allow you enough items. It's annoying. :X I wanted lots of greenery here--also the dark slate walls, which were not available.
