"You're just a kid." Josh said dismissively, shaking his head. "You grow up, meet enough people, you'll meet them eventually. Though I had 16 years... and you guys grow up pretty quick." Honestly, it was like watching growth spurts around him. How they grew up so fast in so little time rather boggled him. Perhaps it had to do with animal like genes...but it was still unusual. It seemed like only yesterday Emo Boy had announced his siblings' arrival (FIVE in a litter) and then poof! They were as big as him.
He still wasn't used to this world, dammit.
The guardian squeaked and scuttled backwards, only to trip over its feet and land on the ground. He had been used to walking on four legs, and since he usually rode on Josh, Fluffy himself wasn't exactly adjusting to this world well either.

Meeting more people would mean that he would run into those that didn't like him, those that were mean. He couldn't say how such a thought made him feel, he wasn't certain if he wanted to meet someone that ticked him off. Heroes didn't get angry did they?
Heroes worried when their loved ones were in trouble (or innocents), they could get mad if those they cared about were taken, though at times like that they were often mad at themselves. Was Josh that way as well? Sheldon was veiwing him as a hero, and so he must be. Heroes did not let anger rule them, and they did not let many tick them off.
"We do?" he questioned, he wasn't all sure how fast his kind seemed to grow up. "An' I don't want t' meet people like that. I can't 'cause then if I ever got really mad because of it I wouldn't be allowed to be a hero." And such goal was very important to the little brown haired kit.
Sheldon grined as he sat atop the fallen Fluffy. His tails wagged slowly "This means I get ten points right?"

Of course, Josh only played pranks on Bobby, Brett, Yoko, occasionally his father (sometimes he didn't mean for it to happen, honestly). Sometimes he pranked for fun, but mostly Bobby got the sludge balloons and sarcasm. The two were enemies, who could actually work together sometimes really. It was just that a teenage boy thing.
"Well, you hope not, but someday you will. It's life." Now he was starting to sound like his father, preaching about the future and looking towards it and those s**t. "Well, it doesn't mean you have to get mad at them. Just get back at them. Even heroes have feelings too."
He frowned at Fluffy, who gave a squeak of protest about his new body. It seemed that the whole "Playing with Fluffy and get the hell out of my sight" thing was not working, and he sighed. "Yeah, yeah, and a gold star."

It took the kit a while to mull a few thoughts over. Things about pranks and heroes, and how things worked. Or rather, how he believed things worked. He didn't want to meet people that would make him mad, those that were mean, but the slight trickle of a thought had come into his head. The bad guys were often 'mean', but that didn't mean that they would make him mad. He was not going to meet people that would make him mad. Those that would do things to try and make him less hero like, even if he wasn't a hero quite yet.
"So are they like arch-nemesisisissses?" he questioned, flicking his tails as he attempted to pronounce the word. Ears fliped back, heroes had feelings too. Yes he did suppose that, the ones on TV did. But could a hero with Nobody blood have feelings like a normal hero? Not that Sheldon was capable of asking himself this question. No, it was rather hard to think such a thing when one knew nothing of their bloodline.
His paw tapped against the ground, eye narrowing. "You mean teach them that being mean isn't good an' that it leads to bad things and then jail...Right?"
Sheldon gasped, and lifted his paws to his now open mouth. "I get a star too?!"

"More of someone you can't get along with." His father got mad at him lots of times though, and he usually had punishment like trash duty, detention, extra homework...mostly stuff he disliked. (Sarge would never play a prank on him. He just couldn't envision his dad doing something like that.) And he usually pulled Brett and Yoko down with him. But hey! They did end up capturing the bad guys usually anyway. "Our arch-nemesises are generally a threat to the galaxy, those we have to capture and throw them into jail. And some of them keep coming back." Fluffy nodded in agreement.
"Uh...some people are not really evil. They're just obnoxious." He couldn't say Bobby was bad, the guy was a fellow space marshal and did help...sometimes. Still, Josh wasn't really one to twist the truth...unless it was to his advantage.
He sighed. "You've never gone to school before right? Lucky kid."
