My worst was a practice run (thank god). I had a part in the last moments of our winterguard show where I had to run to the corner of the floor and fold it inwards so that the floor made a triangle like shape. The rest of the guard was positioned around the edges of the floor and ended the show facing the audiance (and concequently me). I don't remember how many counts I had to pull the floor, just not very many because I kept being late. Eventually my director told me to pull it while moving backwards so I wouldn't have to turn around at the end or something. I made the change, and was even later than before. So he told me to go faster. The next time I tried I went too fast and ended up tripping over my own feet and tumbling (yes I actually made a full rotation) backwards. I lie sprawled out dazed for a moment before everyone burst out laughing (without even making sure I was okay first), having all been turned in watching me. rolleyes It was great, even my director thought it was hilarious. =]
