Oh yeah, well...I love Sheogorath from the Oblivion expansion "The Shivering Isles"
He's the Daedric Prince of Madness so he says the craziest stuff...
I once dug a ditch, and filled it with clouds....or was it clowns, doesn't matter though it didn't stop him and after awhile it started to smell......Had to be clowns then. Clouds don't smell, they taste of BUTTER and tears.

I don't remember the line exactly, but it's near the beginning of dark cloud 2 when the group meets dark lord etna.
Rosalin(a group member) : "You can't possibly be Dark Lord Etna! No sexy dark lord could have such a flat chest!"
Etna as she boots one of her own henchmen off the screen: "You must seriously have a death wish!"
It's more hilarious if you see the looks on the other henchmen's faces after they see their own comrade so ruthlessly punted. They slowly back away from Etna at the same time with a eek look on their faces.
