Maigo stepped to the side and took another swing at the goblin in front of her. She trusted her guardian to keep the last one from getting behind her. She couldn't help but think that this adventuring stuff was easier than people let on.
Dice: Attack Attack: Goblin Warrior 2 Action: None Mp: 2 Ap: 2 Hp: 20/20

The Guardian would not allow the goblin to get through. He made sure to do as his mistress commanded and stayed firmly between the goblin and the rest of the team.

Clendyx completed his skewering, getting blood on his new boots, and without even bothering to pull his sword out, he swung at the 3rd Goblin warrior, yelling as he did, "You owe me a new pair of boots!"
Dice: Attack GW3 SA: 2 points to GW3 Action: Stunning Blow on GW2 AP: 2 HP: 30/30
((Just so I know, does the AP and MP reset every battle?))

((You forgot to roll. biggrin From what I've read , AP and MP carry over between battles, but reset between dungeons. Also, Arayl, I'm not sure that you can use combat dice for magic. I think its just attack and defense. I might be wrong though.))

Arayl Dice: Magic Target: Goblin Warior 2 Magic: Singe Regen: 1 point AP: 1 MP: 2 HP: 25/30 Dice can only be used for Attack or Defense. Your Magic Damage is strictly a matter of your Magic Stat and the specifics of the spell being used. And with the 1 MP cost of the Singe Spell, you would have one remaining MP, not 2.

((Well, because Magic is pure control - it doesn't vary wildly like brute force. So technically, you're actually better off, since you don't have to worry about getting low dice. mrgreen ))

The Goblin Warriors press their attack, hoping to inflict further harm before they meet their inevitable end. GW2 attacks Clendyx for 6 points of damage, but is denied it's Smash by the warriors Stunning Blow. GW3 is distracted from Varnis by the Iron Golem, Attacking and Smashing through the formidable creatures defenses, for 4 Normal and 3 Special damage.
Maigo, Arayl, shred, GW2 with their combined Team Attack for 16 points of damage, (If you have an Attack Stat of 1 or greater, you can declare an attack on a creature, even if you use your dice for defense, so I went ahead and did that for Arayl's character for the team attack bonus) while Varnis and Clendyx obliterate GW3 with their Team Attack for 37 points, rendering the Smash pointless. (Which saves the AP use for later) Clendyx finishes the round by inflicting 2 special damage upon the corpse of GW2 from the as yet determined Special Attack.
Iron Golem regenerates 2 points. Varnis regenerates 2 points. Arayl regenerates 1 point. (added additional point I missed in the first round)
GW2: 0/10 GW3: 0/10
Clendyx: 24/30 AP: 2 MP: 2
Maigo: 20/20 AP: 2 MP: 2
Iron Golem: 22/30
Arayl: 27/30 AP: 1 MP: 1
Varnis: 29/30 AP: 1 MP: 2
Party Pool AP: 1 MP: 2
The Dwarven Warrior stirs as the battle fades, looking at each of you in turn. In a raspy voice he says, "Me thanks to ye, strangers. I was starting to hear the call o' me ancestors, before your timely arrival. Perhaps, if it isn't to much to ask, I could beg your assistance in another pressing matter that hounds me."

Clendyx, still a bit dizzy from that blow to his head, spoke up to the dwarf, "Gives me something to do...and ye...uh, you, rather, never told me your name. Mine is Clendyx, by the way." He sheathed his sword, and held out his hand to help the dwarf up.
