I'm with him.

I found my print screen button, but it's secondary -- little tiny letters at the bottom of the key. How do I activate the secondary function of the key?

Mine wont work.
I tried Shift+Print Screen.
My Paint windows is up.
Maybe i should talk to my friend about this.

if prt sc is in a box under insert....you have to hold the button with fn in a box then press the prt sc button.
