Izumu finally found her way to the Auditorium. She came in silently with her head down and tried not to look directly in the eye's. She didn't know what the reaction would be of the people here if they saw her eyes. She didn't have a clue who anyone was. Nor did she have a clue to what the heck she was doing here. Almost everyone there intimidated her. Except for a teacher looking figure that was on a stage thing. She didn't know why, but Izumu felt like she might be able to trust this guy. Izumu walked to the middle of the auditorium, but still kind of stayed off to the side. Will I ever be able to fit in and make friends her?, she pondered while glancing around the room.

Fayte noticed another girl come into the auditorioum, but she walked away from everyone else like she was nervous. Fayte walked over to her and stuck out his hand to her and smiled brightly," Hi, Im Fayte Tenshou, nice to meet ya"

Ate smiled as the forth student arrived. "You four are the only ones I expect to see today." she said. Onaga isn't here... she thought to herself. That man is... powerful. A sad thing he couldn't teach magic overall, but magic is too broad to be covered by just one subject... and there's no way I could send Dimitri away. He needs to stay in the school. "Well, seeing as you're all here, I say that it's about dinner time. Let's go eat." Maybe i should make him a headmaster....

Ate led the students and the pair of teachers to the dining hall. It was large, able to house about fifty people. There was a table, in the middle, able to seat thirty people, but only nine places were set. Around the room, small, fluffy figures about a foot in height navigating through the room. Three stood in a pyramid, handing food to one on the table.

"Those are the servants of the school. please, don't disturb then while they're working."

The floor in the dining hall opened up, a staircase forming from the floor itself. A lone figure immerged, covered entirely by an old black cloak. He carried a staff with a skull at the top and his body was surrounded by an eerie aura of power and death.

"Greetings, students."

The figure approached Ate, removing his hood, and revealing the visage of a young man with raven hair and indigo eyes.

"I'm not late for dinner, I see."

Ate smiled. "This is Onaga Crystalash, Teacher of Necromancy and Assistant Headmaster in this school." She sat down at the one end of the table. The assistant headmasters were to sit next to her, then the teachers, then the students. "I'm really sorry to have demoted you to Necromancy. You were alway saying that magic was too broad a subject to be taught by one teacher... and professer Dimitri is best with magics." She looked at a small mouse-gray figure among the white. "Come here, Delestrius." she said to the fluffy rodent. "I have something for you to do."

Delestrius listened.

"Listen. I need you to go get the... thing."

Delestrius nodded and hurried off.

Onaga sat down next to Ate at the end of the table. He acknowledged her remark with a slight nod.

"It doesn't matter, really. Necromancy is a powerful magic that is quite useful in many situations. However, one cannot rely on Necromancy alone. That is why I have spent the majority of my time here mastering the other forms of magic."

He paused for a moment and waited for Delestrius to leave. He sent a telepathic message to Ate.

"I have discovered a way to bring back your beloved dragon. It's a difficult task, but it is quite possible."

Ate started, and shifted. How...? she thought to him. You know I won't accept Polythemius as a lich. She smiled at Fayte, with an almost warning edge to it. That boy is biting off more than he can chew... she thought. He's bold, but a bit too bold.

Delestrius hurried back, placing a small package on Ate's lap. She held it, and then passed it under the table to Onaga. It's a marethecule. she thought to him. It holds energy. Small thanks for staying at the school so long. my grandmother was going to give it to you, but... She broke away from the telepathic conversation.

"Let's eat!"

Onaga's expression did not change even the slightest.

"An ancient incantation. My council spoke of it to me. Polythemius will be returned to a fully living dragon, not an undead."

He glanced slightly over at the boy.

"I see. I wouldn't dwell upon that. My council could take care of him."

He took hold of the parcel as it was passed to him.

"Thanks, I--"

Onaga felt the link break.

"Indeed. It has been a few years since my last meal."

" Umm I think I'm going to step outside for a minute....Sorry if I did something wrong?" Fayte looked down ad walked outside, It started raining as soon as he stepped out, his red-orange hair became drenched in the liquid falling from the sky.It as If I have done something wrong already.....It been so weird seeing people after the war...Fayte leaned against the door and slid down to the ground sitting as the rain poured down into the dark dreary sky.

Jack shifted his wings nervously as he slid into a chair. Finding he didn’t fit well, he gave them a little rustle and they shrank, withdrawing into his back like a sword in a sheath. The long table reminded him of his old home, and of his formal family gathered around, the only sound being the clink of cutlery.
He looked around at the odd assortment of teachers and students. The boldness of the half-devil made him roll his eyes, but he didn’t give it any lasting thought. He almost made eye contact with someone, looking down at his lap where his hands were folded at the last second.
Jack felt that everyone at the table had their own secrets and obscurities. He wondered if that was the reason they were chosen to go to this large school, or if it had been a more random selection. He wanted to ponder over the matter further, but he was broken out of his thought process by the Headmaster’s cheer of “Let’s eat!”
Jack looked around again, wondering where the food would come from. The thought of having servants bring him his food unfortunately reminded him once again of his home, and he could hardly hold back a cringe.

Dimitri had happily slid into his own chair a few seats away from Ate. He chuckled at the mention of food.
“I’m famished,” he said dramatically, giving a warm smile to the new students. He took a moment to look them over, curious about this years selection. He saw an assortment of random beings, none which surprised him. None, except for the human. He stared at her a moment longer then the rest. It wasn’t often he saw humans; in fact it had been quite some time since he had taught one at all. Dimitri looked away, idly tapping his black claws together. The prospect of food had really heightened his mood.
“Yes, Headmistress, let’s indulge. I do hope there is caviar. I do love caviar.”
PostPosted: Thu Mar 13, 2008 9:09 pm

"Yes, we know you like caviar! How could we forget?" said a small, rather fluffy-looking servant in a high-pitched voice. "We have a lot of good food!" She did her best imitation of a curtsy, ran to the other side of the table, gestured at the food piled on it, and then leapt off and dissapeared with the rest of her kin.

Ate started pulling food from the dishes and put it on her plate. "So nice to eat like this..." she said aloud. That fayte boy... she thought to herself.

Onaga simply glanced at the food, but took nothing. Such mortal requirements were no longer necessary.

"Forgive me for not eating."

He noticed the concerned look upon Ate's face, but thought it best to let such a thing pass.
