Nenda, hopped down off Davey's head, landing on his shoulder, with hardly a sound, from there she lept onto his biscep, and then onto the ground. She moved to sit beside Shiva. "Sista, ye're heart seems so 'eavy. Tell Locana what be on ye're mind" Her voice, was not its normal indifferent tone, this time, it had a gentle under-lay to it. A softness, that seemed rather alien upon the female with the iron will, and the fiery spirit.

"I canna do dese things that you all do..." Shiva said softly, but sat up straighter. "So I wanna do well wit what mother does. I want ta be a good witch!"
Tia couldn't have been prouder but she knew that they would all be well in the magic she would teach them.

Davey wondered about Shiva, she seemed so different from her other siblings, so unsure of herself, he worried about how it would effect her to see her siblings so independant and powerful... she would feel like she was being left behind, and as much as davey prized independance and power, she was his child and he couldnt ignore her needs. "Shiva" davey looked down at her, it wasn't a scolding look but a firm one still "If yeh doubt yerself others will doubt yuh tuu, work hard an believe in yerself and yuh may jest be surprized at what yeh can du!" he nodded to emphasis it. "We beh 'ere tah teach yah, so dun be 'fraid ta ask fer help"
Brisote swam around in the ocean enjoying the feeling of it, but he didn't like that he was being ignored either so he sent a fish flying through the air to smack Raist in the back of the head. At the least brisote will get some attention

Nenda, glanced up at Davey, then back down at Shiva. "Sista. I cannae say for certain, what our futures 'old, but i can say dis. I will alway's be dere for ye. No madda what." she said with a firm nod, as if it were plain as day. It wasnt said, to make Shiva feel better, it was said, to remind her sister, that even when she feels self-concious, she has someone, who is only a call away.
Raistlin, ducked his head, having seen the fish coming. He waved a hand, and the fish caught aflame. He glanced his eyes over to where Bristote was "Try harder then that, mermaid" he shook his head, a smirk beneath his cowl.

"Brisote!" Davey bellowed having seen what his son had done, it was fine for him to practice his powers but not to abuse them as such "Geet ovah here!"
Brisote dove underwater to avoid his father, but Davey's voice was just as clear under there and Brisote knew he would have to go home sooner or later so he might as well get it over with now, he sighed and swam to shore sulking his way to his father's feet
"Yeh best beh learnin some respect'ah! Fer now yeh be a pupil of Raists'ah here. Yeh duh every thing he say'ah, fer tuuh weeks'ah"
Brisote struggled against the growl in his throat as he sat there quietly accepting his punishment

Nenda, glanced over at Davey and her brother. Bristote would be with Raistlin and she for the next two weeks? She wasn't sure how she felt about that. She decided, to keep her attention upon Shiva. The sister that needed her. Let Raistlin and Bristote have their Master-Apprentice time. He brought it upon himself, offending the mage when there was no reason to do so.
Raistlin quirked a brow, and a bemused smile, spread over his golden mouth. A light chuckle ensued, followed by a coughing spell. As normal, the cough racked his frail frame, and seemed as though it would destroy the slender kitsusagi. After a few moments, and a few soothing gulps of his tea, his breathing once more, returned to a some-what normal rate. When this was done, he eyed Davey with his bemused grin again. "Your punishments are interesting my friend. And, you honor me with your trust" he said, his grin shifting to a more wicked nature. Not dangerous, just....devious.

"Aye" davey nodded at Raist "Eyh have nuu doubt in yer ability'ah ta keep him in line'ah" Davey looked down at his son, he would have it hard Davey was sure, but it would build good character. Cant be having spoiled children, though he wondered if maybe he should have started off with something lighter like swabbing the deck... but no this would be good for him, learn to respect others and not to start fights he can't finish in a victory.
Brisotes ears lay against his head to show is displeasure, but he chose to watch the ocean to calm his mind, he couldn't take on the both of them so he would have to bear it for now, at least until he came up with a plan to out wit them, he watches the waves, their reflection shinning in his eyes

Raistlin chuckled again, lightly this time, as to not trigger a coughing spell. His hourglass orbs fell to Bristote, and a grin spread ever so slightly "indeed" he said softly, standing straight, his slender fingers tapping lightly against his staff. "Your timing is ideal Davey, for i have to get more ingredients for my tea, and other spells. Having Bristote will make it easier, and quicker" he said with an inclination of his head. "We'll not be far" he said with a nod, and a silent whistle. A small, magenta and purpleish nightmare creature came bounding out of nowhere, and seemed to burst with energy, but waited to obey. "Should you need us for anything, just send Besit to retrieve us. And pay her no heed." he chuckled softly, and turned towards an open field, away from the water that so calmed Bristote. "We have much to gather, and little time" he said in a coarse tone.

Brisote lifted himself to his feet feeling much heavier, he gave one over the shoulder glance to his father as a 'thanks alot' as well as in hope that his father would say 'just kidding' and let him stay... not like tha would -ever- happen. He trudged after Raist, looking for something he could do to Raist without anyone realizing it was him

Raistlin, paused, once they were sufficiently far enough away from Davey. He turned to Bristote. "Your time with me, is your own doing, but it doesn't have to be a punishment." he said in a surprisingly gentle tone. He liked having apprentice's. Altho when they made a mistake. He was not a kind or forgiving master, that was certain. "You could learn things, should you the mind to listen" he shrugged. He didn't care if Bristote took the time to actually learn anything, it didn't make a difference to him. Reaching into a fold of his robes, he gave the kit a small list. just of a few items, with pictures as well as names "I need a few of each, about 16 should do" he tossed a small pouch at the kit, that would work for his small frame. "Stay within sight, and don't doddle" he said with a cold stare, his voice carrying an edge to it. A cold snap almost. "shirak kalith " he whispered softly, tapping his staff to the ground. A small crackle, and then a ball of light appeared above Bristote. "I will know if you do anything other then instructed. I suggest not testing that." he said, and then dismissed Bristote with a wave of a golden hand. The light would follow the kit around, and serve as a homing beacon, should one be needed.

Brisote grumbled under his breath, he almost had his hopes up when Raist first started to talk but the light floating above him dashed them all. He took the sack and the list and went out to search, sniffing here and there, if he could learn their sent they would be easier to find, the list should have come with a scratch and sniff... ... it was hard enough to find thing with the dim light of the forest but he was little to so he couldn't see very far either and some of the plants were catching in his fur and getting stuck or pulling out clumps... well he could fix his size... he made himself grow to the size of a nightmare and began searching again with a sign, maybe it would be easier now

Raistlin, found a spot on a small hill, sitting down cross-legged, flipping lightly through a tome he always kept with him. It was never the same book twice (or hardly ever was) he learned all he could from one book, and then restored it to its place on his shelves. This one covered magic of this realm. Of this world. He lifted his head, currently Lunitari occupied the sky. Unseen to others eyes, but clear to his. So, the three moons still ruled here as well. What else was familiar from his plane? He shook his head, and returned the book into one of his many hidden pockets that seemed to hold endless things. He allowed his mind to wander, to what else he would have the kit do. He had no doubt Bristote would be resourceful, when he wanted to. With that one, it was a matter of discipline. Or lack there of. He shrugged lightly, lying his staff across his lap. His senses were still very alert, even though his mind danced here and there. He knew Bristote would try something eventually. He'd be a fool not to.

Brisote trudged through the trees in his large form watching the small animals run from him, he liked being big, he felt more powerful and could see much farther to search for these stupid plants. He had found a few of them and knew their scent so he could find them even faster but it was still a tedious task, he wondered what these plants did that Raist needed them... what if he were to put other plants into the bundle to try and mess with Raist? ... no he would probably notice them... that wouldnt do... He wouldnt mind learning from Raist if it would mean more power... but to be his errand boy? .... Brisote was going to be master of the sea and who ever heard of the master of the sea being an errand boy? This required a bigger plan... something more complicated than soaking Raists robes or throwing fish at him... but what? He only hatched a bit ago he didnt really have the experiance to plot things so complicated... he'd have to wait and be inspired, tough it out until then, before he realized it he had gathered all the plants needed and turned to head back but he had been concentrating so much on his own thoughts and finding the plants that he found himself lost, he started walking back the way he thought he had come but he didn't see anything familiar to help him find his way back... great...

Raistlin, lifted his head to the sky, checking the time. He frowned. Bristote should have been back by now. He chanted under his breath, and a twin light source appeared in front of him. He looked into it, seeing an image of Bristote, from his light source's point of view. The mage couldn't help but chuckle under his breath. Wandering minds, mean lost bodies. He stood, and dismissed the source. Whispering again under his breath, he appeared nearby the large kit. Bristote's size, did not phase Raistlin. He spent years in the Abyss with Takhisis. A vengeful goddess could do wonders on what did and did not surprise you.
"Its dangerous to wander off the beaten path" the mage said with an amused smile on his features, although it was hidden beneath his cowl, which was pulled down, hiding his face. But not hindering his view.
He noticed the flowers he'd sent Bristote to find. "Ah good, you found them all" he said with a pleased nod.

Brisote let out a small growl of discontent, holding back the urge for a larger growl. He didn't like things popping up out of no where, especially when he was doing something for them and they were being rude. He shrunk back down to his normal size, being big was good for searching for things from a distance but not so great for moving around through the trees. He sat down in frustration at being stuck with this Raist fellow and at his own in ability to come up with a plan of revenge... this was all his stupid sisters fault... she needs to learn her place, not him!
