LOTS of bruises. I had two little ones and then a big longer one and they looked like a face biggrin
My friend almost killed me with her rifle the other day. It slammed me right in the shoulder, and it hurt so bad.

In 2006 I managed to bruise my foot and sprain my ankle while doing this routine, when I noticed that happened, everyone who was in the guard was saying " we can't do this routine without her, because she knows the routine than anyone else does."
annd in 2008 I managed to make a deep long cut on my arm just from practicing a routine using a cutlass xD. No one noticed until my friend asked me why my sleeve was red (yess i was wearing a white hoodie during the routine)

let's see let's see....i do believe i have injuries from every aspect of guard also!!!
Dance: sprained my ankle and busted up my knee landing a tour jete wrongXD
Flag: hit myself in the face while i was doing a drop spin cause i wasn't paying attention, had a nice bruise on my cheek!! we had to do this move where we like snapped the pole down onto the ground using our foot, and i have no idea how, but it went down and back up and then hit me right in the face! BRUISE!!! mrgreen Rifle: tossed a five and hit myself in the face tossed a quad and broke two toes tossed another quad and broke a couple bones in the other foot...lol
Saber: the first time anyone handed me a saber and taught me how to toss, i tossed a triple and then i ended up with the hilt imprinted on my collarboneXD took a hilt to the forehead. we had to do this warrior stance thing for a show, and i tossed and misjudged how high i tossed it, so i was in the pose, and i didn't realize that the saber was hurtling towards my head. i looked up to catch it and it hit me square on the face:]
good times good times mrgreen

I only did guard for one winter season, but I got injured so many times. I ended up with a broken thumb, broken nose, three concussions, damaged hand nerves, and alot of bruises. And, we only used flags and rifles... My band director says "I kinda think we scare off the incoming freshmen and members because we show them all this fancy stuff and they're like well, I can't do that, I'm too uncoordinated. We should tell them, 'if MIRANDA can do it, YOU can do it.'" He said this in band yesterday, and I just smiled.

Worst I've had is tons of ugly bruises and a jammed thumb. A friend hit her tooth with a rifle and had to have a root canal. And a winterguard member of a school near mine was perfoming at a competition, threw a quad or higher and it came and hit her in the face. She ended up having to have reconstructive surgery. Amazingly, after hitting herself she continued to perform despite some massive bleeding and I'm sure pain.
Now that's dedication.

In addition to my broken finger from my first winter season, I have amassed a large number of injuries since then.
In this past fall and winter season, my injury list is as follows: - During band camp I attempted the quad toss that had broken my finger the previous year... and I dislocated my pinkie. One of the drum majors popped it back in place and I kept spinning. But now it's slightly bent at a funny angle - I developed tendinitis in my left arm. Spun all of fall with it. - During winter a few months ago, someone's triple on rifle smashed into my head from behind and I blacked out. My coach didn't even stop drill; he just told me to get off the floor so I just stumbled off to the side and passed out. - I tossed my saber solo too close to my body and it stabbed me on the way down. I now have a scar right over my solar plexus that makes it look like I got shanked. - Because of the concussion I received two dashes up, my sight in my right eye is now impaired.
Sad news: I'm graduating high school and from now on my injuries are probably going to get worse with college marching band, winterguard, and drum corps. Woohoo!! biggrin
