Ben's feet shuffled slightly as he looked around the building. He responded with a slight curiousness in his voice.
Really? This place had a hard time getting customers? The place is freaking huge...err...the establishment is of bigger than normal size....yeah.
Ben was trying to be grandiose and then decided to be more conventional in the end. However, when you mention the averageness, he cocks an eyebrow.
Hmm...what are you implying? I am too average? Is that an insult or a compliment? I am not really sure at this point.
At this point, Ben seemed perplexed in the questions but he breathed a secret sigh of relief that missing the undertones of "knowing" someone was avoided.
So...you uh, like what I did with the place?

Well, it is big, but you need people to fill that space. I hope you get more people, this place needs life to go with the new makeover.
*She smiled for the first time, but it seemed like a strange smile.*
I do like the new look. I have recently learned to appreciate new things. As for your name, no, it was a compliment. Somehow. Trust me though, I'm not mean.

He looks around the place with you and then nodded.
Yeah, there are two floors of rooms on some awesome rugs that I refurbished, I found two more rooms down here besides the office that were bigger but if this place has so many beds already, I decided I would change them. The first room is now a library and I created a room with a pool as well since you can't really swim in the sea.
He looks confused for a moment then normal again.
Right...I don't know if you are mean or not...time will have to show me that...you might be...I don't know...mean.
He chuckles at the complete redundancy in this .

Sounds like you made a lot of changes. Hopefully some of the old people will show up to see them. I'm glad to hear about the library, that sounds nice.
*She gave you a funny look for a moment, but didn't reveal what had just passed her mind. Her words were getting shorter.
Either way it doesn't matter much unless I come back here I suppose.

Ben seems delightfully oblivious to the fact that he is being considered from every angle. He seems more interested in speaking to the person that he had just met.
Yeah...I hope the place goes well...I mean...I could lose everything on this place...if you...know anyone who could come back, I would appreciate the business...I mean...if you are willing to talk, that is. Err...yeah, you ought to check out the library...
He pointed to the direction of the room

When he hears you getting less and less talkative, this does strike a cord with him. He hoped he wasn't letting his issues complicate his customers.
I would...that is, if you want, you know...like to see you more..I will get any book you want that I can get...I'll...sorry... getting ridiculous.

*Synge was starting to really wonder about this guy, and the more he spoke, the more she wondered. He was certainly a bit strange. Of course, she really had no place to say that she was normal. So she tried to not let it show that she was considering that he might be a bit off.*
I don't really see the people who used to go here, but I promise that they will eventually come through. Apparently everyone always comes back, eventually. I wouldn't worry too much. They will come back, a least some of them...
*Realizing the suddenness of the change of subject she raised her eyebrow again, but didn't say anything. Instead she looked over in the room's direction. She stayed silent until he mentioned getting any book she wanted, she had to chuckle at that.*

They...always come back? Kinda spooky...what if the other guy put a hex on them...maybe...nah, I am being ridiculous again...sorry.
The more he spoke to the woman, the more awkward he felt.
Well, I would try to get a book...err...are you leaving?
This was obviously added in when he heard you mention you would come back.

Heh, I guess it is a little spooky now that you mention it...I wouldn't worry too much though. Although the people who come here are a bit strange. I should get going though, but I'll come back. You've intrigued me with your books.

He seems a bit offset by the sudden leaving but decided he had best get on his way too.

*Synge felt a little bad for leaving so suddenly, but only a little. Being in the presence of another person was making her feel a bit uneasy. On her way out she wondered if she should even bother coming back again, but remembered she had told Ben she would. Sighing slightly she closed the front door on her way out. Apparently there was still a little of her old self inside of her. She disappeared into the woods for now.*
((Ah, good note. I just wanted to start off when you were in here. I'll be lurking tonight though, so message me if you are interested in RP.

~A heavy breeze kicked up, weavinig through the woods, bending the trees slightly to it's hill. A small tornado of leaves formed along a humble dirt walkway. Holding his hat in place, Senmoru is seen walking along the path. He secures two katanas, one sheathed in red, the other in black. Both katanas are also covered in what appears to be travel clothes, wrapped with care around the sheaths and handle. The light claps of his wooden sandles is all that is audible as he makes his way down the familure path to the Darkseas Inn.~
((Hello, I see that Darkseas has ust undergone construction ^_^. I thought it would be nice to visit.))
