Darkside would give Pearl a little nudge here and there to try and be more self-assured and independant... but at this point if she wasn't willing to accept the nudge he wasn't going to push. She was rather fragile, sometimes... but he wasn't going to make her think she'd pushed him into joining her, either, so that she wouldn't feel bad. He was lazy for a moment before he rolled back to his feet. -Actually, come to think of it, a drink of water sounds most enticing. Perhaps I shall acompany you.- Or... lead, rather than simply accompany, as he got to his feet and started meandering toward the kitchen.

She was familiar with Darkside, he was her first friend after all. Dragoon was still relatively unknown to her. Just like any other creature that seeks comfort, she feared the unknown even if she was fasinated by it. She enjoyed things she knew, familiar things. Darkside would without a doubt protect her, she knew that for sure. He would not abbandon her if he was there with her. Even if Dragoon held good intentions and would do the same, Pearl didn't know what Dragoon was willing to do for her.
Long, pale ears perked up at his words. She was feeling glad to know he was acompanying her, though she tried her best not to let it show. Light colored paws stepped forward from underneath the table as she made her way towards the kitchen. She followed behind the Nobody with some distance between the two of them, and a distance even greater between herself and the newer Nobody. Sandwich making...is easy...

When Pearl had gotten out from under the table did Dragoon see more than her head. She was very beautiful like a pure heart Dragoon had seen in her other life. She would so protect Pearl if need be as she was now Dragoon's friend and Darkside as well.
Dragoon followed behind the both of then in a sorta floating walk. "It is? Cool.." As Dragoon got into the kitchen, she pasted them and went to where the fruit was being kept. "Would eather of you like some fruit too?" she asked.

Darkside stepped over to the counter where the bread was and pulled it down to give to Pearl before heading for the cabinet where they kept the drinking bowls and retrieving a bowl of water not just for himself but for the other two as well. -I'm quite satisfied with just some water, thank you.- It's not like eating the food would really do much for the shadow-being... it seemed a shame to waste it.

It was quite curious how Darkside never ate anything whenever she offered. Granted, she didn't have the biggest appetite ever, she still ate at least once a day. Plus the taste of certain foods was rather delicious. Especially certain fruits and vegetables. The freshness and crisp taste was simply irresistable. Tomatoes especially. Something about them just tasted most refreshing.
Shuffling her way towards the fridge, she opened it up with two arms, gathering the few vegetables for the sandwich along with the loaf of bread. She hopped her way over to the table and placed them down. Her head tilted towards the other, a look of uncertainty still upon her face. Ok...So you first get the ingrediants... She started, waiting for the other to follow.

Dragoon floated over to table with some grapes and peaches. Reaching the table she placed the fruit on it and stood opposite of Pearl. Where she could see all of what Pearl was doing. "Like the bread and the vegetables?" she asked as she poked one of the vegetable wondering what it tasted like.

Darkside dipped his muzzle quietly into his water as he watched, chiming in softly, -Did you want me to get the meat for you, little Pearl? Though I've heard veggie sandwiches are also good...- He might as well do something to participate, even if it was just offers of help and random suggestions.

She gave a soft nod at the female Nobody as she leaned against the counter. Pale paws cut the vegetables crookedly. Not having fingers made holding knives rather difficult. But they were just thin enough for sandwich size. After they were cut, she stacked them onto the bread, finishing it by placing the other slice at the top.
No...thanks... Pearl softly answered as she pushed the sandwich towards Dragoon.

She looked at the sandwich as it was a little different then the first one that she had. Picking it up and takeing a bite out of it. It gave a slight crunch from the vegetables and she like that. "This is really good! Thanks Pearl for teaching me how to make one," Dragoon said and gave Pearl a big smile and gave Pearl one of the fruits that she had brought over.
