Wow ~ glad you got that off your mind ~ and I have never thought of it as a disorder either ~ I work with people who have mental disorders so I think I would know.

Up here, at my school they don't make fun of dyslexics. They're actually pretty understanding. They make fun of the kids with Autism. neutral Which is totally uncalled for a rude.

Yeah. People are jerks.
At my school, there was this autistic kid named Andrew in my boyfriends gym class. And every single person in that class called him Autistic Andrew. And they would throw pennies and nickels on the floor and he'd go running after it. neutral Like, how much more can you degrade the poor kid?
And then there was this one morning in my math class, where these three boys were making fun of Autism and stuff. And this girl named Amy, turned around and told them to shut up, to have some manners, and she said they shouldn't say things like that, because there may be people with that disorder or problem in that room, and just not saying anything.
And it turned out she was autistic. I never knew that. And I never would have guessed either, because she was really smart and was always helping me with my math. But they shut the hell up. :'D
