Purple flying monkies that flew over the moon broke through the earths atmosphere and slammed you into the ground causing a crater, killing you instantly...your body was never found (It got slammed through a hole and into the earths core).

You trip in your shoelace while strolling through a construction site and fall on a sharp pole, the pole shoving it's self through your face like in House of Wax.(Paris Hilton got poled through the head....And I laughed.)
