Alas watched the exchange between Ajax and Wazaam with a slight frown, was the young alpha male getting paranoid about keeping his power? She gave a slight shake of her head and held back a sigh, these were the small details and struggles she was certain were tearing the close bonds, they should be building with one another, apart. Still Alas held her tongue deciding she would have to speak with Wazaam when he was alone, anything she said infront of Twist would only be...twisted.

Flabbergausted at her eldest brother's calm demeanor about the fact that Wazaam had banishished THEIR sister, she snorted. The only thing that would calm the slow build up of anger and distrust in Wazaam was to see her sister.
Ears quirking and masked face turning towards Alas, the words spoken lifted the high strung spirit up some, the puppy eyes, that Ralphina had held onto up to the point of boiling anger, returned briefly.
"She's nearby, closer then I thought?" Rally quickly rambled out and completely ignoring the words being exchanged in the middle of the opening.
Rome watched the black tribal male, Twist called Ajax, talk about growing the force of the pack's 'defenders' into well organized strength. His good ear flickering back and forth as he listened very carefully to the Alpha speak, his son wouldn't understand the shared conversation between the new Defense leader and the female alpha.
Though when Wazaam decided to pull his rank, Rome shook his head slightly. This seemed to be exactly what Kattana had feared since joining the pack. A gathering to tell the pack to pull together, make an announcement that Alas was Beta, and from the look in Waz's eyes he wasn't happy at all with that.
Rome just sat quietly mulling things over, especially that faint scent, while it seemed Kattana spoke with Alas.
Kattana smiled again at the news Shelby was alright, that warmed her soul more, and that gave her the idea to also perhaps see her other daughter with Rally. "How far away is your friends pack?" Kattana asked, since the show with Wazaam, Twist and Ajax was a distraction for them in the center.
Adolfo rolled his eyes at his family, he had already expelled alot of his will to sit this close to them all. With a silent bow of his ebony and ivory skull the growing shadow wolf moved back around. He didn't want to speak again his brother, knowing how much Waz loved the pack, but Adolfo was also taking Vianna's words into mind.
Stepping closer to the still concealed darkness of the trees embracing, Adolfo bowed his head respectfully to Ajax and then to the alpha couple.
"Brother, not speaking against your love and drive to protect the pack, but we are still only teenagers. I understand that you have had training in the art of being a warrior, but Ajax does have more experience then you as of this moment. " Adolfo paused, hoping his brother would take kindly to the advice and hoping that Ajax wouldn't think the young adolescence was kissing his tail, for he wasn't.
"I think Twist is right with giving him the title of leader, besides Ajax did say you could closely supervise him, as you should be able to do."
Having sat where she was, Algoma had kept one strict eye upon Flare as she listened to the gathering above. How entertaining those meat sacks were.
"Ah, some time organization to be called forward, and I love how that young male has such a drive of dominance, I see why Twist picked him."

Ajax nodded at the Alphine's words and again at Wazaam's. There would be no way that the elder male would even consider attempt to take over in any way. Simply put he was concerned for the lives of those in his pack as well as his family. One that he considered neither however spoke up in his defense, the teen that was turning his daughter against him and against each her own sister. Even if he was the Alpha's brother, he didn't like Adolfo one bit, but listened to him speak.
Why? Why was he trying to help? After the males words Ajax's look of complete disgust for him was put on hold as he waited for the alpha's responces after chiming in, "I do not mind being monitored, I, of course, shall report everything that goes on. I have no secrets..."

Wazaam looked closely to his family.. Who seemed upset at his words.. He had messed up, but he didnt think so..
His eyes were gloomy. He was scared of a dividing pack.. Scared of the world that would await him.. His head shook, as he looked towards the ground. Looking once at Ajax, he gave a gruff nod.. Accepting him as the leader of the defense.. But not the pack. Ajax was not alpha, he was.. So he could stop anything he did not like..
At least he had that.
But as his brothers words, he couldnt help himself anymore. He had been wanting to leave the meeting for some time, and this seemed like the perfect time to make his entrance.
His head still high, he jumped from the high rock, and ran deep into the forest. He offered no words to anyone.
Merely dashed off.. Leaving only his pawprints behind.
He needed time to think.. He felt betrayed, though he knew he was not.. It would pass, as would his fear.
