Ok, I'm sooooo sorry I haven't been posting sweatdrop It's just that I'm so overwealmed with school work, it's hard for me to get on the computer!
Ok, well I've been practicing everyday and I've gotten better with it, but nothing big has really happened. For now, I'm just trying to concentrate on keeping the energy there. I keep losing focus and thinking about school or some song that's stuck in my head.... xd But I've been practicing at least 2 times a day.
Also... I won't be here Friday, Saturday, or Sunday... I'm going on a mini-vacation! I won't be able to get on to check the class... I'll try to get caught up when I come back!

Everyone's doing great! Just keep practicing!
And Lily, maybe you should try a brief meditation before you start drawing up energy to make an energy ball.
And Gods Gift to Men, make sure you read the grounding post and you know how to ground yourself! If you don't get it, PM me. Until then, just eat some stuff before you go on to your next activity.
I'll wait until this weekend to post a new lesson, then. I finally figured how to do this-- xp --which is kinda sad, since I'm the teacher. whee

o no. No one knows what i am doing. It is at a teen center i go to after school every day. No one thinks anything of it , i do know when not to try it also. So dont worry, and i am intelegent. I know there is a time and a place for everything, and i found a quiet corner of the room where i can practice when need be. But thank you for the conserns.
Lets see, only thing new is that i left a ball on my dresser and when i came back in like 30min. it was still there. But after a few hours it was gone. O well, i can hold it for a while. I also can hold it in one hand. I forget if i posted that. I was able to after like day 3...
so yah, improvement but nothing really new...^_^
happy hunting...blessed be

Lesson 2 Wrap-Up
As you can see, Lesson 2 starts to give you more options on where you can go with energy. You're given such choices like:
Where should I get my energy? What color should it be? What do I do with it? How long do I work with it? How long can I hold it?
In Lesson 3 I'll briefly give you an introduction on how to program your energy ball. Programming will be more important later, like when we make shields, but for now we’re going to work on doing it just for fun.

Lesson #3
In Lesson 2 you learned to bring up energy from an outside source and run it through your body and into your hands to create an energy ball. You experimented with different sizes of energy balls, different colors, and different energy sources.
We also had an emergency discussion on grounding. I urge those who haven't read this yet to do so.
This lesson will do a shallow dive into the waters of programming your energy ball, and one should know how to do Lesson 2 well before moving on to this lesson. Have fun!
Alright, as usual, find a place where you won't be disturbed and you'll be perfectly safe. If need be, meditate for a bit to get any negative thoughts and feelings out of your system.
Begin to create an energy ball of your choice of color and from an outside energy source, but before you break off the energy, release the ball and ground yourself, make the ball have texture.
Yes, I said "have texture."
The easiest texture I can think of would be to make it sticky. To do this, wrap a sticky layer around the already existing ball.
After you try this for a few balls, try a different texture. Here are a few ideas:
-sandy -bumpy -pointy (think "puffer fish") -hairy (This will take a lot of time and energy, depending on the length of the hair.)
Simple, right?
If you get bored between this lesson and the next, try making other 3D shapes. Here are some ideas to try:
-a sticky pyramid -a lumpy cone -a sandy tube
Experiment, but don't go too fast and overexert yourself. (You can't say I didn't warn you!)
As always, when you're done, ground yourself, eat something, and wait a few hours before working again. (I would work in the morning, like before school, and then at night before bed, if it is practical for you.)
Happy findings, and may you Blessed Be.

Hmm. I think it'll be good for me to go through some of this again, so why not? I've done the first part a lot already and made energy balls before, but you introduced some new ideas I hadn't thought of before, so I'll start myself off with lesson 2. whee

Ball#1 --> decided to channel Air/Wind energy. I didn't really picture it with a color as Air/Wind itself is clear. Felt the usual 'tingle' (though the actual sensation rather defies words). The volume was larger than I usually make a ball in. When I compressed it, there wasn't much change in the feel of density. I suppose something that is Airy stays rather Airy even when compressed. Ball#2 --> decided to adhere more to the lesson example and channel Green Earth energy. With a simple internal evocation the energy gushed out quite rapidly. There was more 'weight' so to speak to this particular ball so I felt comfortable passing it between my hands without fear of loosing it.
Taking a break now to re-center/re-ground.

Sure! The class is open to all of Blessed Be! I'll be around--poking around. I'll be busy, though, so I'll just post if you guys have questions.
Megahunk, don't overtax yourself while trying to catch up, though, okay? And don't worry about the homework. I'll take the ranks off, I don't like them much. Too much work for me, and I'm a bit lazy. 3nodding

I tried the texture part. Well... Sort of... After school I was sitting alone outside, waiting for my brother to pick me up and I decided to practice. I was about halfway done when he pulled up, and I had to stop. I'm going to try again in about an hour. 3nodding
And if I don't say anything for awhile, don't think I forgot about the class! It's usually becuase I have nothing to say xd
