I would have to mention most of my liking to wolves is probably because of my caring for animals.
But of course I also like... How they are always together as a pack Their pack ranks Their bonds The beauty in their appearance How they suppress their emotions And the graceful way they run.

Love the mith within the white wolfs stories about the Wyld and the Wyrm. In highschool to univerity I were the storyteller of many tables of players using a single story with 10 years of age..and still alive. blaugh Well thats a little about me. And yes,..... Im old! xd

Wolves have many great lessons to teach humans: Confidence, team work, family values, survival, etc.

Oh wow, where should I start this...
Well, first of all, their mysteriosity. There's much more behind those eyes than they let us know. Their intelligence is something amazing. After all, it requires somewhat more developed brains to be able to work in a group. And their loyalty is just something out of this world. Sometimes animals can be more humane than humans and wolves are a great example.
Wolves are very much a masterpiece of the nature. They have spread all around the world and survived even though they've been cruely hunted down but they haven't given up.
And of course that one "legend" that involves wolves, the werewolves. Making a human partially this mighty beast is just amazing. I've liked werewolves as long as I can remember. And I've always kept werewolves superior to vampires (hey, vampires have loads of weaknesses and werewolves have basically none). One great song about werewolf transformation is Metallica's "Of Wolf And Man" which describes that event as something pleasant rather than something unwanter thing to happen.
It's pretty hard for me to explain why I like wolves. It's something you gotta experience yourself, otherwise you'll never understand.

I was a wolf in a past life. eek
No, really. Wolves are just majestic creatures. I can't really explain why I love them, and I'm sure not many of you can either. It's an unexplainable pull that draws us towards them, something we can't [and shouldn't] ignore.

their hierarchy system keeps them in order and feared. i like the whole idea that the more fit you are the higher rank you are. I like how your lower subordinates must obey you. Their image has inspired ideals, art, and myths. and everyone ruined it...i h8 twilight

I love wolves because there is such a deep connection that I feel towards them in what I do everyday. I find myself sometimes thinking of how amazing it would feel to be able to run like they do. My liking towards wolves began when I decided to take a quiz on myspace about what my animal spirit guide is, I know that the quizzes on there are just made up by other people around the world but I took it anyway and my result was a wolf. I took a very good look at the picture of the result and felt that i was looking at an ancestor or something really close to me that made me feel like part of the wolf in the picture. It's very hard to explain but I went to bed after that and dreamt that I was racing one of my friends around the block on foot and as soon as I got near where the trees became part of the woods, I saw two wolves sitting at the edge of the street infront of the tree line. They were staring at me with their majestic moon-filled eyes. My action in the dream was to try to scare them off back into the woods, but they never moved. They just sat their staring at me as if they were wanting me to come with them to show me something very important. I've only had the dream occur to me one other time. I wish i could have that dream again to find out what the wolves wanted to show me. That dream inspired me to write a poem about wolves which I have posted on my profile in my journal if you wish to read it. When I was in 11th grade I turned in a copy of it and my teacher said that it touched her heart and opened her eyes to how amazing and majestic the wolf is. It has also touched one of my friends in such a way that if she was to ever have a nightmare she wouldn't be so scared of it because of what that poem meant to her. In my hearing of two people telling me how my poem has touched them it gives me great pride to love wolves in such a way that my first tattoo will have a wolf face in it. I also love wolves because I feel like I am part wolf already because I am loyal to my friends, I'm not afraid to protect my friends and family with my life. there is a kind of honor among the wolves and I have lived my life so far doing my best to live closely to three virtues Honor, Loyalty, and Respect. I happen to have the utmost repect for girls. Even though I am usually a quiet person I will not tolerate having girls being physically harmed by guys infront of me and neither will my friends. If we see a guy physically harming a girl that guy won't be standing for long and I feel that that kind of respect is possibly what the wolves can teach us, but it's too bad we speak a different language than the wolves, otherwise there wouldn't be so much violence in the world as there is today.

LUCKY!! Daris-kun I myself love wolves due to a personal experiences. My grandparents own wolves, those of which are not caged and have plenty of land to run around on, and when I was very small, maybe 2-4?, I managed my way onto the wolves' area. Frankly, I was scared shitless and wondered what-the-hell I was doing in there. But for some odd reason, as I was curled up and whimpering, the pack's alpha-male came over and nudged me. I was rather surprised to later on learn that an action like that was far from normal when it came to the alpha-male, whose name was Cody. And there was another wolf, named Shanook, who literally took me in as his pup. Though, I can't recall many memories with him as it happened when I was still very young. My parents tell me that I used to crawl into Shanook's sleeping area and when my parents came around he'd growl at them and even bit one of my parents when they tried to get to me. There was even a time when Shanook bathed me. But these experiences are not the only reason I love wolves. They're a very majestic canine, intelligent, fierce, and bonded.
