Woohoo! (procrastinating on studying for a huge philosophy test now...)
I finally found the Quidditch subforum! I was looking forever...silly little Gaia glitch. Fwee! When will the practices be?

turayza Woohoo! (procrastinating on studying for a huge philosophy test now...) I finally found the Quidditch subforum! I was looking forever...silly little Gaia glitch. Fwee! When will the practices be? It was a glitch? I thought LHH said that it was on purpose. Ah, well! We have SO many Ravenclaws applying! We're going to make Cerebera Dragon actually try to figure out where to place us whereas most other houses are trying to FIND people to have a team.

KitaAmaya YAY! Sisely and Fleur finally said something and I FINALLY get to respond and say: HIAnyhow, it's going to be fun seeing how many people in Ravenclaw are signing up for Quidditch...o.o *waves excitedly at Kita* Hi! I'm so excited to be back in the guild! I feel so bad about abandoning it for awhile, and after I use to have so much fun here! I don't know if all the girls I use to hang out with are still active here or not though. I'm gonna have to go pop into our common room to have some chats with all my fellow house members and make new friends! 4laugh

Tell me your Ravenclaws, how much wood could a wood chuck, chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood? Sorry I have always wondered...and I wanted to wish you all luck! Hope you all stand by Gryffindor in the crowds at our first match! ^^_^^
And yes the wood chuck thing was a little humor...but I needed that...anyway have a nice day!

I tried out for Beater and I have absolutly no clue how I did. She said I did well but I have not heard from her in quite sometime. It worries me very much so. eek

Okay, SORRY about the delay.
School ate my life and free time and then I slept for 20 hours straight. o.o
Now I just woke up and am getting to all the PM's and things I missed.
I'll be announce in a day or two that tryouts will be closing soon and then I'll decide. I need to count up all the applicants, but there are a LOT of them. =3

I'm so tired...
I don't think they did it on purpose. The little guild symbol disappeared. So Gaia is probably fixing/new-ifying something, and it screwed that up...Oh well. Can't access Chatterbox...!

This just occurred to me, but your eyes go well with your avatar, partly because they stick out and blend at the same time.

Anyhow, I assume you tried out for Quidditch?
Gah, I want to know who got in...
Well, anyhow, Quidditch IS going to be fun for a fact and Ravenclaw WILL win for a fact.

-From xTahirux-  Hello everyone! I have a . . . frustrating announcement for you:
I have yet to send in the money for the January 2008 letter!
Due to my extremely bad health, I have been unable to send in the money required. My real life wallet is completely dry, and I haven't been able to go to the bank because I'm sick and can't leave the house! On top of being ill, the bank is CLOSED today, Saturday, and it won't be open until Tuesday because of Martin Luther King Day!
It usually takes 2, or sometimes 3, weeks for my letters to arrive. crying
I feel horrible about this. I don't want ANY of you to feel like your being cheated; or that I'm unfair, but I honestly feel like I have been that way to you.
Therefore; the only way to be just and fair in this situation stands as thus: TEAM MEMBER TRYOUTS CANNOT AND WILL NOT CLOSE UNTIL I HAVE THE JANUARY LETTER IN MY POSSESSION!
The latest I can get the money in will be on Tuesday. All I can do is pray that the letter will come soon.
Again: I feel horribly bad about this, and feel as if I may have been dishonest by not letting you know sooner that I didn't actually have the letter yet. I was planning on sending it in shortly after I made the announcement, but my health made this impossible.
PLEASE don't let this discourage you from trying out! Our teams are still in need, and this may be a good thing to have an extension on how long tryouts last!
I'm terribly sorry, my friends. I promise that NO MATTER WHAT a letter WILL eventually come, and be given to the winner!

I'm sorry to keep you all in suspense - if I stop getting tryouts I'll think about closing them earlier. Make sure to tell every Ravenclaw you know to tryout, because the sooner everyone who wants to try out does, the sooner I can pick the team.

I'm not mad at anyone, except myself for my complete lack of patience. I'm highly tempted to track Tahiru's house down and mail the letter myself. Or could we have someone volunteer to get it? Okay, now I'm being annoyingly impatient. Maybe I should put myself in a coma for the next two weeks... Does anyone know how to put oneself into a coma?
I really need to get a life, don't I?

If you did, I'd worship the very ground you walk on... at least until you say you've decided who will be on the team. Then I'd be too busy hyperventilating... I think I'm going to get some more Quidditch fix.

And it would be a good way to see who does well and at what position and with whom. We could treat it as physical try-outs. If posting counts as physical.
