Sibeiko I have piles of random computer parts... random dissected electronics... random REVIVED electronics... random MADE electronics... I'm in really hard math courses... Love science... Have 2 monitors on one computer (have 7 monitors in my room total, 2 laptops (one dissected, one not, but not working), tv, 2 on the one computer, 1 on another, and a random broken monitor to be dissected on the floor)... My desk is TRASHED with random things... like various electronics components, pieces of paper with things on 'em ranging from song names to dE notes... have an xbox controller on it, modded to a usb cord, plugged into my computer... IR modded webcam... OCC Neon sign... an "shock game" (a gift, not taken apart)... a "homemade" shock game, consisting of a transformer (more electronic stuffs) and a 9V battery... CD's out the wazoo...and solder (there's MUCH more... but that's just off the top of my head, and on the "top of the pile") Got three game systems on that one tv, an old playstation, an N64, and a de-cased gamecube that was trashed, that I fix'd... ^_^ And that's about all that I can think of atm... o_o »»»Pixie«««

Pixie Saylor [Cherry.Wine] Blonde Haired Kid BHK fails to see how singing a song in a or playing a game in a foreign language not to mention speaking a foreign language qualifies as an aspect of a nerd neutral Because BHK speaks five languages, so does that make him like a super nerd or somethin'? Exactly. Just because you can speak Japanese, doesn't mean you're a nerd. It doesn't even add to nerdiness. I can speak some German, does that make me a nazi? »»»Pixie«««
...Speaking multiple languages well makes you a nerd..
There's no such thing as a normal true nerd. ALL nerds have specialties.
Obsessing over something to the point of having extensive knowledge of it is nerdy. What if you obsess over shoes? Or football? That's like anti-nerd. talk2hand I'm a fish nerd. I'll admit it. I was reading articles about fish that I wouldn't even use because my aquarium's not setting up that way before I came to this thread. BUT I R PROUD. >.> Can I be an anime-stomping nerd? >.>

No it isn't. You're just nerdy about football or shoes. Extensive knowledge about something is nerdiness. Extensive lack of knowledge about something is mostly dorkiness. Mastering knowledge of something is geekyness.

I've Magic cards littering my room. I kid you not, I've a shoe box filled under my bed, a Future Sight box filled with its cards under my bed, several gallon-sized Ziploc bags lying next to the corner of my bed, a folder filled with old cards next to them, plus several various-sized stacks littering the top of my dress and desk. On the top of my dresser is probably a stack of 200+ mana and on my desk is five different completed decks (T1.5 G/splash U Elf, T1.5 rainbow Sliver, T2 Elf Destroy, T2 Burn, T1.5 Black Suicide), four uncompleted decks plus piles of rarer cards and foils (revisioned Shivan Dragons, revisioned Serra Angels, foil Nehilith, various foil un/commons).
PLUS I'll probably be doing a Pre-Release event for the newest set coming out soon (Morningtide).
I've a large box (computer tower sized) in my closet filled with 2nd edition DnD books.
To my TV, I have an NES, SNES, GCN, and PS2 connected. The NES works on occasion and the SNES works just fine however the games' internal batteries are dying, which means that often times files will be lost.
I have a Uruguayan flag hanging in my room.
I have a sword (non-dulled), a bow, two bo staffs, a walking staff, two kendo swords, and a reverse bladed katana (made in imitation of Ruroni Kenshin) in a corner in my room.
IF MY ROOM ISN'T ENOUGH
I often say Lol, face-palm, and other internet sayings from the internet.
I often say "____ *thing* is ____", like Long line is Long, Boring class is Boring.
I lag in real life sometimes, then speed up like in MMO's.
I find situations that can be solved with orange and/or blue portals.
I can recite the Ultimate Showdow, the Llama Song, and most of both POWER THIRST commercials.

I work at a library. My Mum works at a library. My very first job ever was library related. And sometimes I buy books just for the sole purpose of donating them to the library.
Also, I like long walks on the beach and I'm a Virgo. heart

I'm a nerd because...
I've practically memorized all seven Harry Potter books (well, the second one might be a little fuzzy, I didn't like it much so I haven't read it as much), I have links to the 'check your grades website' on my bookmark bar, I get all A's in my classes, I read constantly, I've memorized most of the 1st Pirates of the Carribean movie, and yeah.

If this doesn't make me sound nerdy, I don't know what will.
I was sitting in church yesterday and...
I decided that when I die, at my funeral, I want them to play the KH Game Over song.

Obsessing over something to the point of having extensive knowledge of it is nerdy. So that would mean that everyone at BHK's school is a nerd; because we all speak German, French, and English neutral Correct BHK if this is simply a stereotype of American culture but aren't nerds considered "losers" ?
