"Oh .. yes.." She nudged the bone carefully with her horn to set things back in place. "I'm ... used to it actually." It still hurt but she was used to the pain happening when she wasn't careful.

He watched as she carefully set everything back in place. Levi couldn't imagine how much it must hurt to have exposed bone like that, with every little wrong move causing a bunch of pain.

"The world can't be nice to everyone." It gave some power and grace and majesty like it had this Leviathian and it gave others what she had been given. It just meant that she wasn't suppose to stand with those who had been given the good things.

She had given up on wishing that she wasn't like this. She was and nothing was going to fix her. She would just have to live being the odd one out.
"I'm sorry .... i shouldn't keep you here." He probably didn't like being up out of the water and she'd kept him long enough with her griping. "You don't have to say and listen to me."

Fascinated? by her? No, he was just being nice. "I don't wander that far from the shore. So ... i don't see why we couldn't."
If he lived in the sea and as long as he knew where this beach was it wouldn't be all that hard to find her.
