"Grr," the trainer grumbled as she watched the pidgeot glowing, trying to recover from the paralysis. "Bah, screw the status conditions, go for him Isamu, don't let the win escape our clutches!" Kailana shouted, not yet giving up so easily.
Isamu bolted towards the end of the pillar platform, gaining enough speed as he lept into the air towards Prince.

Prince quickly veered to the side to narrowly miss Isamu's attack. He smirked as his trainer yelled out "Great job Prince!" He always did love recieving compliments.
Luna was grinning. She finally got the attack to work! Right when she needed it too. But she couldn't stop here, they had to keep moving forward. She knew her opponent could be pretty tough. The battle was coming to a close and she knew it. "Okay Prince, let's hit them hard, brave bird!"
Prince made a 180 degree u-turn towards Isamu again, glowing with a white energy. He narrowed his eyes as he grew closer and closer to Isamu, the light that glowed around him becoming even brighter. Watch out Isamu, a princely meteor is coming straight at you! ((*SHOT* This is why I shouldn't RP when I have a headache and major creativity lackage xD;; ))

The absol cursed under his breath when he realized he had missed, landing abruptly on the hot rock pillar. He was rather slow in turning around, not expecting to be struck hard by Prince's aerial ambush.
Kailana looked on in horror as Isamu was in Prince's direct path of flight, trying to come up with an attack he could make within a split second. "Argg...I-Isamu, latch onto him!"
Immediately Isamu whipped around with his mouth wide open, hoping to pluck the bird from the air.

Prince screeched as Isamu managed to clamp hold of some of his feathers. But Prince was more angry that his beautiful feathers were RUINED more than the fact that there was major pain in his wing.
"Steel wing!" Luna cut in quickly, trying to reduce the damage of Isamu's attack. Prince's wings hardened, the pain from Isamu leasened and Prince started to flap wildly, hoping to cut the inside of the other pokemon's mouth with his newly hardened feathers.

The edges of the absol's mouth began to rip, tear at the mercy of the hardened feathers. "Solll," he winced in pain, blood trickling down the sides of his maw.
Her mouth dropped for a moment, but she quickly picked it back up. "Arg, thunderbolt, Isamu!" she cried out, barely keeping her emotions hidden in her voice.
The elder pokémon's mouth quickly sparked of yellow bolts, his teeth digging in as best as they could as he delivered his attack.

Luna's hands were shaking a bit from the intensity of the battle. It was almost over, they just had to keep on attacking. "We're almost there Prince! Dodge and use steel wing once more!"
Prince tilted in the air to avoid the thunderbolt. Just barely, but a miss was a miss. He then flew straight towards Isamu, wings glowing and eyes narrowed. His wings felt hard and stiff, but it didn't matter. He continued towards the absol with determination.

He quickly jumped to the side to try and evade Prince's attack, the tip of his feahers lightly grazing his side.
"No...Try it once more!" Kailana urged him forward, knowing this was their last shot; it was all or nothing.
Isamu, now head low from the toll dished out unto his body tried once more. Putting all his hopes on his sparky sphere, he let it fly through the air.

"Prince, fly up, NOW!" Luna yelled to her pidgeot.
Prince shot up, barely in time to miss the brunt of the electric attack. The bird pokemon felt the electricity circulating his body and knew he had to land soon. He hovered over a pillar and got ready for descent, but his nerves gave out on him and caused him to land onto the hot surface.
"PRINCE!"

Kai kept her mouth shut as she watched her pokémon with a far-off stare. She wasn't going to say anything, she left the rest up to Isamu.
All he could do was heave, the beating his body had taken wastaking it's toll on him now. He took the time to catch his breath, his mouth still driping red droplets as they fizzled on the hot rock beneath him.
Isamu took his time to hop along the pillars and stand above Prince, his horn already glowing as he used a psycho cut attack.

Luna could see absol was tired. One more hit and they would be victorious. Just one more hit. "Prince, get up and use aerial ace!" She ordered, staring at her pokemon intensely. This was it, Prince needed to get up.
The bird rose, slowly but surely. He was also quite worse for wear, his breath still in quick heavy pants and his feathers ragged. It would take some time to get all of them organized. Again.
In a sudden burst of spirit, Prince rolled to the side to avoid too much damage, but still resulted in his wing getting sliced. He would not let his wing's sacrafice go in vain though. Right after he rolled out of the way, Prince launched at Isamu to deliver an aerial ace attack with his beak.

She watched as her pokémon was hit once more, Prince's beak hitting dead on with his helmet. Her hand went for the great ball attached to her belt and called Isamu back as soon as the damage had been dealt, "Isamu, return."
Her red eye stared at the ball for a moment before she turned her back and began to descend the platform stairs.

Luna let out a relieved sigh. The battle was over. "That was a great battle!" She shouted towards the other trainer's back while returning prince to his pokeball, squeezing the ball tightly. Another battle down.
She did not even try to start any other affter battle comments to Kai, last time she did that, she failed horribly. Luna had labeled the red eyed girl as a silent type of trainer, not very willing to exchange words with her.
"Ah well...guess we should get you fixed up now Prince." Luna made her way out of the stadium as well with a cheerful grin. They had triumphed again in battle...somehow.
