He had been asked the question enough that it was easy for Haya to answer. "No, I didn't know my dad. It was ok, though. Mom really cared about me and there were other people around."
He shook out his mane with a smile. "Now there are always lots of other people around too. I wouldn't be real happy alone so it's nice that I can meet new people like you sometimes."

So he didn't know his father too. She understood his feelings. She didn't remember her parents at all but she was never lonely with the Prince by her side and now she even had someone she loved. "Yeh it's great meeting new people. Even if when i arrived in the land i was not the way i'm now, i didn't want to speak to anyone." she blushed a little, not really fierce of her old self.

"Well you shouldn't ever be shy!" Haya grinned, all traces of awkwardness lost for the time being. "You're a real nice mare, Starla! I bet you could get lots of friends wherever you went!" Everyone liked having friends, after all. Haya knew that he wouldn't ever complain if someone new wanted to befriend him. He wondered if he could officially add Starla to his growing list of friends in his mind. He decided that he would even if it was a bit premature. She was his friend now even if she wasn't quite sure about him yet.

She laughed. "Thank you, but i was a really not nice at all before, i still need sometimes times to be adapted to other." she winked at him. "But for sure you're a good friend to start with i think." She was more and more natural, forgetting all her standards. Like when she was with her mate.

Haya liked hearing that. He was a good starter friend! Being any sort of good friend was something to be proud of. The tip of his tail twitched happily. He hadn't known what to expect from this mare but was very glad he had met her. Now that they were friends they could do other friend stuff! Like...
He eyed Starla again and blinked. "What exactly d'you do for fun?" He couldn't imagine her enjoying romping through leaves like was his habit.

Starla was sort of surprise by the question, because actually she didn't do things for fun. She blushed a little "I don't think watching rainbow count as something fun to do. I don't do anything fun actually i guess"

Seeing her blush made Haya fluster and he was once again lost for words. After a long moment of half starting sentences and staring at the sky he looked back down at his new unicorn friend. His smile and easy manner had both returned.
"Well maybe you need to learn how to do something fun! Like jumping in the leaves! Or snow! Or..." He gave her an exaggerated look over. "You don't look much like someone who'd like jumping in mud."

When she heard the words jumping in mud Starla made a little face. "I will stay in stade of jumping in the leaves or snow" she laughed a little. She really was clueless in term of game, even if Aeris tried to bring her in the forest some times. "I'm ready for the game class, please teacher explain me everything" she winks amused.

Haya couldn't help but chuckle. "Game class, eh? I've never heard of someone having to learn to play... most foals seem to do it on their own. I know I did." He considered what would be a good first thing for her to learn. He scuffed his hooves around in the leaves beneath them and was pleased to see that they were fairly deep and a nice crunchy consistency.
"How about leaf jumping first? First we have to find a big pile... like this one!" Haya scuffed his way to a deeper spot where the leaves had gathered and gave a few experimental leaps. The leaves seemed to swirl and follow after him, taking residence back up in his hair.

Starla remembered her past quickly, when did she forgot how to play ? She couldn't really remember, for her it was like she never played when she was a foal. "Well i will be the first one who need it i guess". She looked at the leaves, she didn't really wanted to jump in but well she asked for it so. "Alright" she search for a big pile too. She found one. "Hum let's go." she did the same as Haya but at the moment she jumped on she closed her eyes because if she saw it she would have stopped for sure.

"That's the spirit!" Haya couldn't help but notice her reluctance to leap into the leaves. For someone used to looking fancy all the time it must be tough to willingly get messy. Maybe she just needed a little help. Leaves didn't hurt, after all!
"Hey, Starla!" Haya grinned impishly and picked up a clump of leaves in the coils of his tail. "Catch!" He flung the leaves into the air over her, watching as they drifted down towards her coiffed hair. "If you get messy, your human can just fix you up, right?"

Tears almost in the eyes. She looked at her hair and tail, what a mess, there were leaves everywhere. But it was sort of funny.
"Well now i can say i did it one time. Yeh i'm lucky she can fix it, because if not i think my heart would have stopped." she laughed saying it.

Maybe throwing leaves at her hadn't been such a good idea... Inwardly Haya cringed a little but he had still had too much fun with the mare to be utterly despondent. He had enjoyed the time he spent with her and kept enjoying it until dusk pulled him away.
Who had known that jumping around in the leaves would bring such unexpected new friends? How could he had guessed that would happen, or that the new friend would be such a beautiful yet surprising unicorn? Pleased with his fun for the day, Haya rested. Maybe the next day he'd return and see who else he would meet while jumping through the leaves!
