It sounds great... Just one change if you haven't started? You might want to add in the part I did in pink. Just so new people don't get the wrong idea, like, "YOU weren't posting" kind of thing. If you don't like it, take it out.

Yes, start please. I'd say members that are new (like from 2 weeks to now) you should let them have a little bit of time to post and maybe pm them a reminder. but any older than that, carry forward like Chibi wrote.

Noteage: We have new members. Very new members that just joined today and yesterday. I do hope it shows in order of who joined most recently etc, because i'd hate for them to just join and get booted becausethey joined just before they logged or something. ><

I can understand wanting more members, but why do we have to delete existing members? ._. Just because they don't post... I mean... Agh, I dunno. XD I don't really get it. Sooo I won't do any deleting, but you girls do whatcha do.
I can't really do any inviting either, though... I don't know of anyone that I want in here.

and, if they want to
stay in the guild, they'll
start posting more.
Thus, active members.
What I do when I
want to invite people,
I browse forums and
look at people's
profiles and stuff. If
I find somebody who
looks *cool*, I send
them a PM.

In the reason box do we just say wer'e getting rid of inactive members, but if you want to rejoin and become active, or you were kicked out on accident, you can reapply and get in?
