Raleigh was likewise giving the two of them a good look up and down. Not too impressive, but looks could be deceiving. Something odd had happened just before he had arrived. When they finally noticed him there he placed he hands in his pockets, standing idly but with a strong air of confidence. Then the back-up arrived and he bit back a chuckle at Erol’s drawled, rather crude greeting. This would be interesting.

The girl simply gave him a nod, then stared at Erol with an expression somewhat resembling a goldfish. He passed over her for a time, focusing instead on the boy. “The Graveler, huh?” So, super names first apparently. Well, he couldn’t exactly play that game. “You can just call me Raleigh.” Brown eyes found the girl again. “And you?”

Graveler was it? Meant he had something to do with manipulating earth or stone... just as that thought came into play, Erol's attention was all but stolen by the 'doublemint twins'. He arched an intrigued brow before rolling his eyes. They were the dumbest bunch of rocks he could think of ever crossing, he remained silent for a moment, content with shoveling his mouth of the last remains of food.

"Riiiiight..." Finally he found his voice addressing the twins. "Do me a favor guys, keep your gayness to yourself and I'm sure we'll get along just fine." He slapped them both on the back in a playfully annoying manner before circling around the group like a hawk. Raleigh was probably the only one who knew what that meant but he didn't bother catching the boy's eye.

Instead his attention had fallen on the girl. Eyes moving to the sketch pad in her hand, then back to the girl's face. A sly smirk came across his lips as he reached out unexpectedly to snatch the pad, all while balancing his plate in his other hand. Looking it over he saw various forms of dialouge. "You can't speak." he didn't ask, more like stating the obvious. "Interesting, which means you were born mute or it has something to do with your powers. Am I right?" He did ask then being as blunt as ever, curiousity or not he honestly wanted to know.

They were getting quite the crowd here. Raleigh looked over his shoulder at the twins. He gave a small snort. They certainly were an odd two, but what he most interested was what their power could be. He was sure that together they would be able to fight in really fascinating ways. Keagan and Kaden. Well, that was going to be really fun to remember.

Turning to the side a bit, he opened up the group a little more, so that the new guys could step in. Then he was watching the mute girl again as Erol stepped forward, stealing away her pad. She looked angry, almost dangerous, in the way she bared her teeth and her eyes flashed. Sure Erol was just playing, Raleigh knew that, but she certainly didn’t.

“Tsk. How do you expect her to answer you when you steal her pad away?” He asked in a mild, almost bored tone. “Give it back.” It wasn’t exactly a command, just a request. It didn’t seem right to him to steal a mute girl’s only form of communication. Plus she looked like she wanted to unleash something nasty.

Twins, just perfect. He wanted to brand one of them a moment after they'd introduced themselves. He'd always been terrible at remembering names.

Erol ignored LoQuinn's request to lift his foot. He thought of asking again but the boy set to pacing which freed the pebble. Holding out a finger the pebble floated upwards as if caught by a magnet, hovering an inch from his fingertip until he place it back into it's orbit around his head. LoQuinn considered this to be 'imprinting'. Or over time placing his powers into an object.

Annoyance often triggered aggression. As LoQuinn watched the situation unfold in front of him he wondered if it was just curiostiy that made him want to see the two match up in a fight or if it something darker. He doubted that there would be another slip from Echo tonight but then again if you could push someone in the right ways anything was possible. The boy handed back the notebook and he wondered if she would write something scathing. Even LoQuinn hadn't been as blunt as their new aquaintance with regards to her inability to speak.

LoQuinn gave a glance to those new faces around him. "So what can all-y'all do?" He doubted somewhat their intent in coming over was solely to socialize and network.

Heh, figured, Erol hadn’t even realized he might be pissing the girl off. Raleigh glanced around the room quickly to see where Ruri was at. There she was, still shamelessly stuffing her face at the table. He turned back to the little group. Never one to demand attention, he was happy to stand back and watch the show.

Raleigh was actually getting pretty bored. Meaningless chit-chat was not something he partook in very often. Shifting a little on the spot, he scratched his chin while considering whether he should answer The Graveler’s question or not. His power was one that was better explained with a demonstration, but he had been told point blank that he was not allowed to use his ability here.

Oh well. “I create things.” Raleigh answered with a smirk. A little cryptic, but he didn’t really feel like going in depth.

And so the intial scuffle was barely avoided. Taking the pad once more -- this time given -- Erol read the dialogue on it and gave the girl a curt nod. "Heh, it was my fault, no big deal." he shrugged handing the pad back. His attention wanned slightly with the gathering but he didn't back away like some. Crowds he could get used to; it's when that crowd starts to attack that he gets aggitated.

Deciding to center his attention on one person at a time, he turned to Graveler who had seemed curious about everyone's powers. Erol would have gladly demenstrated, but as usual, he was barred from using his powers. "Yeah..." he drawled after Raleigh had thrown out his two cents about his powers. "And I destroy them." Erol offered as a buffer, slipping past Raleigh, intending to hit the buffet once more.

[[I'm sorry bout that wasn't paying attention. Just kick me next time Lufa. XD That boy loves to eat!!! ]]

Raleigh grabbed Erol’s upper arm in a firm grip before the blonde boy had a chance to brush past. That sort of challenge couldn’t be ignored. He gave a playful grin. “You seem to have quite the bad memory.” He said haughtily. It was kind of funny really, despite all their bluster they had never actually gotten into a true fight. A battle between them would certainly be an interesting affair.

Before he could continue, possibly with a reminder about saving Erol’s a**, Lo Quinn stole his attention. “Hm?” Letting go of Erol’s arm, Raleigh tilted his head slightly to the side and smirked. “I have a habit of creating havoc with my powers.” Right now he was itching to give this guy taste of what he could do, but he would follow the rules. Showing off was not the best path to take at this time.
