"You too, Killian." Terrance said, jabbing him in the shoulder with his battle rifle.

"Yeah, whatever." Terrance said. They came to a parked Warthog. Inside it were two Marines. "Good thing that this is a carrier, isn't it? Otherwise, well they would have to be dragged along the ground." The Marine sitting in shotgun said. In fact, he was holding a shotgun. "Shut it Private Anderson." Terrance said. "Get in the back. Now." He pointed to the two free seats in the back of the 'Hog. "Move!" He said to Johnson and Killian.

Terrance threw (literally) Johnson into the back with Killian and the other Marine. "Both of you, hand your ammo to Tessy." He said, pointing to the other Marine in the back. She nodded, then opened up a duffle bag. "That includes grenades." She said.

"That is what me, Anderson, Tessy, and Ace are here for." Terrance said, pointing up. About 600 feet above them, Ace hovered in a Hornet, ready to shoot down any other Hornet flying under enemy colors. "Ok, now hold on." He said, then floored the accelerator, shooting the Warthog forward, toward Tex and Liz.

The turned a corner and faced a 4 lane street wide 9 Warthogs deep line of, well, Warthogs. "Oh crap." Terrance said. "Tessy, Anderson, explosives now! Remote detonated!" They complied and threw out out about 500 pounds of C6 while the Carrier Hog dodger Gauss shots and took a few rounds of the gatling shots. "Now!" Terrance yelled, and all but three Warthogs were destroyed in the explosion that flattened buildings and almost took out their Hornet. The Hornet, after regaining proper altitude, took out the other three Hogs. "You see, we are trying to unite the city, that is why we captured you two, not killed you guys." Terrance said after making sure that none followed them.

"That is only this part of the city, this is where the most fighting takes place. This place is lawless. There is no fresh garrison. And, we are fighting to make this place at least somewhat less chaotic." Terrance said as the explosions died off. "Well, we're here. Tex! Liz! Howdy!" He yelled to the two Spartans standing next to a red-headed male of about 16. Liz looked over at Terrance and the people in the Warthog. She nodded, then told Tex to get in the turret, Shinta to get into the driver's compartment for protection, and not to touch anything. "Sheila, you are to go back to our base and get destroyed." She told the tank. "Will do. Should I compress the driver's compartment and kill the target?" She asked. "No." Liz replied. "Terrance! Tell Ace to go back with Sheila! Then go back to the base!" She yelled to her third in command. Terrance did as she said and left for the base. Liz ran back to when she had shot at Shinta and jumped into her Corvette, turning it on. "Tro'th'lar? How're the weapon systems? Are they warmed?" She asked the A.I. that inhabited her Corvette electrical system. "Yes m'am." The dragon said, appearing on the Vette's holopad.

Killian sits in the carrier part of the warthog... "No garrison, no backup.. then what the hell are we doing here!" Killian steps off the warthog following the tank. "My life in the hands of a 400 pound tank.
