With a raised brow, Kuval gave himself another hearty laugh. "Ladies? I thought you were CHILDREN." Kuval was trying to freak them out by acting all heartless, but he really was all talk and no game. He swayed his tail back and forth as he watched the ponies talk to each other, and he moved himself in a circle before getting tired of waiting. "Didn't I just say I don't like land dwellers at all? I have no reason to like you, its not like you all have done anything nice for me." And that was the truth.. the very very truth.
Vanilla was a bit surprised, since the male was really something to be confused about. He was so wishy washy, and the Usdia could only stare at him with bright eyes. "I can't tell if he wants us to leave or not.. why does he keep talking?" And why hadn't he attacked yet? "This is a strange situation indeed.." Vanilla saw that they had many routes to escape, but she was unaware of their specific plan of action. "Aren't you fascinated at all? He is such a weird breed!"

"Children? No, we're most certainly not children." She snorted softly, holding her head high with pride. "We are usdia... Much like you are a kelpi. Being a kelpi doesn't make you a child, does it?"
She tried not to huff as she glanced at Vanilla once more, whispering a soft response. "I think he is one of those lonely creatures who tries to make himself feel better by making others feel worse... Calling us children..."

Uh.. Usdia? Wow, he had never heard of those. "Is that like a special kind of pony? One that has lots of problems and stuff?" With a fake-innocent expression, he curved a grin before chuckling to himself. "Ha, I understand you are not children, but I guess there is a special kind of pony now." Now, he wasn't saying that they were weak.. just.. special!
"I learn something new everyday!" He shuffled his legs in the water since they were starting to feel dry in the sun before returning his glance at the ponies. "Well forgive me then, for calling you children." He then said, with a usual smirk. "How wrong of me!"
Vanilla snorted lightly before nodding at Chal's words. "Your right Kelpi, we are special. We are a better breed then Kelpis at least." Now, Vanilla didn't know anything about Kelpis, but since the other Usdia was sticking up for them, she figured she should at least try herself!
"What a mean guy, picking on us like this. Its like he's not phased by our words!" She shook her head in a frustrated manner before bringing her eyes on the creature.

"Maybe this is what Telikos meant... They aren't scary, just rude." She snorted softly, giving her small head a light toss. "No wonder he was in that water all by himself... I bet no one wanted to keep him company."

Kuval realized he was bored at this point, and he chuckled lightly before turning his body to face the water again. "Whatever, that may be true. But I don't WANT company anyways." Kuval gave the two Usdia's a last stare before finally trudging back into the water. "Land dwellers will continuously be a waste of my time.." and with that, he was finally back into the water, and within seconds the bubbles and waves had disappeared.
Vanilla blinked for a moment before turning to the other Usdia. "Well.. that was weird. I feel exhausted from that Kelpi thing.." Exhausted.. and uncomfortable! "I don't think I like Kelpis at all."

She snorted softly, shaking her head as she took a step back away from the pond. "Well." That had been strange... Very strange with a good bit of odd mixed in. "I... Should probably go and report back to Telikos. I am supposed to let him know about anything I find on patrol and that was certainly something new."

Vanilla nodded before speaking herself. "Sounds good, though I am glad we were able to explore for a little bit together.. maybe we can do it again sometime? Who knows what we will find!" With a continuous smile, Vanilla sent the other Usdia her farewell wishes before bouncing away herself. "I had so much fun, I'll see you later!" And with that, she hopped off and out of sight, while laughing to herself from the strange experience they had together.
