He tilted his head to the side, raising a brow. she really didn't want to be silly, huh? "Well if you really don't want to admit it, but it's not a bad thing." He offered, seeming to realize it was pointless to keep arguing it. Besides, if she didn't want to be something she honestly would never admit to it. In truth, she might take it like Nai had and try to counter it by being overly serious. That... would have been a loss, silly was more fun. "We'll just refer to it as unique." No one could turn down a title like that, right?
And then the next show, she'd almost done it. Almost. He watched as her legs started to wobble before she flopped over back to the floor, making a statement on the matter. "Perhaps, but that's not bad." Pauses musing a moment before shifting to move over. "Alright, the problem is falling over, so if I stand here and hold you up with my head you won't fall, right?" Solution found, sort of. So long as she didn't fall in the other direction. "Of, you can just stay on the ground for a while." There was always that option of course.

The lacewing most certainly wanted to get up, and did not mind having any assistance in such. Hoping to make sure she didn't fall, she leaned into Oiseau to almost ensure she would not slip down again.
"Wapsody is unique!" She liked the sound of that and seemed to be very happy with such a title. As she leaned into her companion's shoulder, she mused about the title for a bit in her head. It was the most excellent title she had ever received.
"...Is Oiseau 'unique' awso?" He seemed very nice, so he had to have some sort of title that was fitting of his niceness.

As usual support was the answer to the unsteadiness problem Rhapsody was facing. Not that he'd doubted the solution would work for even a moment, he'd seen it used more than once. It was a near surefire way to fix it.
Unique seemed to work a lot better. Then again, who wouldn't like the term? It was one way to sugarcoat thigns with word selection really. Not that he'd ever meant the previous title in malice, it just showed how minds worked in a way. Which just meant it showed how confusing everyone was really. Well, try, try again, and maybe once more. Eventually you could hope to understand the best way to compliment each personality.
Though the next question raised a brow, causing him to tilt his head to once side. Well... he'd never really been called it. Aside from when Mize had commented when Nairou had stated he was another Kyunru. It was more a comment to the species than him though. "Hmmm, maybe. It's a matter of opinion?" He finally stated after a few moments of thuoght, nodding.

It didn't seem like Rhapsody was in any rush to go anywhere yet. Standing in place seemed like an okay activity for the time being. Conversation was also pretty entertaining as well.
Twittering her wings slightly, she asked the question "What othew names has Oiseau been cawwed? Wike how you cawwed me 'unique'... aw thehw any names you get cawwed by othews?"
Her big fluffy tail wagged quite a bit and she attempted to pull her head away from his shoulder so she could look into his golden eyes with her own bright blue ones. Obviously it wasn't the wisest of decisions, for instead of staying there long, she ended up toppling back to the ground again. She really was deserving of that title "Silly," whether she wanted to admit it or not.

What... other names? Oh, perhaps that wasn't the best of questions. He offered a slightly nervous laugh thinking of the various things. Bird brain had come up once shortly after he met Mize and explained how he'd ended up the way he had. Jerk, rude, meanie, and various other strings of things from Nairou. Lafayette insisted on calling things by their names, so he didn't have a nickname from that so...
"E-er... well... nothing that's so kind. One of my housemates is not to fond of me you see." He offered, obviously skirting the subject just a little. It wans't exactly a good impression that was left saying someone had a string of things they called you like that, not that he thought Rhapsody would be to judging. She seemed more the type to decide for herself? Or at least he guessed. "She just doesn't like how I put things, so we don't get along. She is the one who calls me most things though." Truthful, just not saying the actual words. It wasn't as if he was denying he could be those things, everyone had moments, but that wasn't the impression he hoped to give most people. If it became their opinion so be it, but he didn't want past unrelated things influencing others.
He tilted his head a bit as she tried to stand on her own again, to once more land herself back on the floor. "Yes... quite a unique one though. That title truly fits you."

"...not... kind...?" Such was a hard thing to believe for the paler Kyunru. It must have been really hard to say non-kind things to others, she personally would not know where to start if it came to being unkind. Not even bothering to get up again, she seemed to dwell on the subject for a quite a bit.
"...doesn't like you?" This also was a hard concept to understand. She couldn't think of anyone she didn't like. She absolutely adored Lasuk, Ophelia, and all the others at the household. Whether they liked her in return, she was actually quite clueless. Rhapsody just assumed everyone liked each other. Rather honestly, after a few silent moments of thinking as seriously as she could, all she could come up with was "I don't get it." Her ears wilted slightly, not from shame or embarassment, but solely from being confused.

He paused, glancing up lightly. "Ah well. Yes. they're unkind due to the fact she does not enjoy my company." He was slightly amused at the fact she didn't quite get it, which did show she was rather... naive about the whole subject. Better than to be spiteful in his opinion. "Don't trouble yourself over it then, each individual has their own opinion of the world. It's their choice to void it wether it is clear to other's or not."
That said he wandered over casually to one of the windows. "It's like describing the weather. Someone might enjoy the day today, while I might think it's awful. So in turn the same applies with names and opinions of others." He glanced back at where she was sitting, flicking an ear. "So it's not as if it's all that important unless you wish to care about said opinion too much. Stating it doesn't make it important."

Somewhere between the explanation and the final statement, the pale blue kyunru got lost. His choice in words weren't exactly the easiest for her to follow, but she tried her very, VERY best to keep up. The only thing that really stuck in her mind was "Don't trouble yourself over it then." With a blink of her brilliant blue eyes, the worries were gone, just as he had asked. That made things so much easier!!
Her wings twittered a bit and she finally got herself back up, seeming to be in a much less confused mood than earlier. As her big fluffy tail waggled a bit, she made her way to the window as well to take a look-see. The wind was still going, and for some reason, it looked much more fun than it had felt earlier. Without thinking, she spouted out the idea "It wood be fun if I was a weaf!" She didn't explain much further than that.

It occurred to him that, with the expression she was wearing, she didn't fully understand even with clarification. Not that it mattered, she'd listened and decided to dismiss it. There was little beyond it that truly mattered. It was her choice to do that afterall. Far be it for him to suggest she change her choices based on his own opinions.
And then she'd wandered over as well, looking up at the wind as it tossed around the trees outside like they were a joke. Throwing leaves and what other debris it could find into them rather harshly, causing the Kyunru to internally wince at the memory. Which partially brought the strange look Rhapsody received at her statement. Something of disbelief and curiosity as to where she'd gotten the thought. "Truly? It seems like such a harsh, short life to be such a thing. Perhaps I've missed something though?" He offered, once more looking out and finding little that would be pleasant about such an existence.

Her tail still waggled this way and that, still seeming very content with the idea she had come up with. Even if Oiseau seemed to think of things differently, she couldn't help but think it would be fun.
When asked to explain, she didn't hesitate to do just that. "If I was a weaf, I could tumbew in the wind, and it wood be fun!" Certainly, she didn't even bother to think about the fact earlier she had been fighting against the wind in order to not do that exact thing.

And there went any curiosity he'd previously had on his face, quickly replaced with disbelief. Perhaps a tinge of discomfort along with it. Truly, she couldn't have just suggested tumbling in the breeze would be... fun?
"You're... joking? Did we not just avoid that very same act by seeking shelter in here?" He shifted a paw as if to gesture toward the window. "Would you truly fancy the idea of being blown about with such force into who knows what? Truly the elements can be unforgiving, but perhaps the wind is one of the most harsh?" In truth the opinion was biased, for he disliked the subject of interest above all others when it came to foul weather, but it did hold much weight as an argument? "Would you think it wise to be controlled by something uncaring as the wind?"

The pastel Kyunru's expression certainly told that she had not been joking at all. In fact, she almost seemed filled with just as much disbelief as Oiseau had just been. For a moment, she just seemed to stare off, looking at the auburn-winged companion in the face, yet not really seeing him.
Then all of a sudden, a question popped out of her mouth: "Wood a weaf cayw about the wind being wise oh not?" Kyunrus and leaves were two different things after all.

While Rhapsody might not have been known for her astute claims, opinions, or statements. The statement did hold a lot of truth. Would a leaf care?
The kyunru's face took on a look of bewilderment as he seemed to take this in, musing for a moment. "Perhaps I should not make a leaf's opinions then." He said after a moment, turning to gaze out the window. "Perhaps they do not care, but I would find being one who didn't care troubling. So perhaps I, as a leaf, would care. They may not." He added, watching in silence a moment longer before looking away from the window having had enough of facing his fear so to speak.
"Perhaps the leaves do choose that path, I would not. And perhaps you would enjoy being one of them, such is an opinion each thing holds themselves. Still, it is good to realize that, I will be certain to watch my statements in the future." Afterall, it was bad form to go around stating what other things thought, when it was just his own beliefs.

One could never accuse the Lacewing of being too deep a thinker. In fact, all of the philosophy which her friend was spewing forth caused her to lose interest rather quickly.
Rather than look at him politely and listen, her eyes began to wander. Oiseau had interesting hair, and it looked reddish to her. His hair also seemed quite a bit more manageable than her own. Her eyes were now onto her own hair as she continued to think. Could she do anything new with her puffy hair? She had seen other kyunrus wearing braids, pigtails, and other fun hairstyles. Maybe her owner could help her make her hair even prettier? Her eyes drifted further, and she soon enough had her eyes looking back out the window at the leaves as they danced in the wind. Oh wow, that looked fun! Her tail wagged back and forth a bit in approval of the wind.

The kyunru had continued his speech, not yet realizing that Rhapsody had lost much interest in listening and instead turned her curiosities... elsewhere. First to two toned mess of hair he attempted to keep in order, then to her own. And about the time he'd chosen to look away, Rhapsody was back to staring at the window, avoiding all possible thought that she had, in fact, been zoning out for the better part of his speech.
Which was probably for the better, who knew how well the kyunru would take being ignored.
Rather than take into consideration that she might have been elsewhere still, the kyunru spoke up again, probably asking yet another question that would gain less than a philosophical answer. "So perhaps, do you believe the leaves would choose another path if they knew it was there? Rather than be blown about, would they choose to live as we do, avoiding such things when it is possible?"
