Usually Haseo was brave and strong to being alone. Now he was likely scared and panicing. There was a lot of different creatures out here that would delight on tender ulaya meat. Haseo shivered lightly and walked out from the tree he had taken cover behind. Looking around once more he didn't spot Charu, she most likely took another direction away from him. He bet when he darted behind the tree and ran she had taken a different turn - making them both lose where they were.
"Charu?" Haseo called quietly, his head turned rapidly in different directions. He was expecting some strange creature to pop out and take him away for food. Haseo only had Charu on his mind, if she got hurt he felt that it would be all his fault.

Charu could hear someone not too far away, but she couldn't hear what they had said. Was it Haseo? It had to be. He was the only other one out here. Or at least she thought so. No other creature would play games with her, would they? "Haseo!" She called out, this time letting her voice carry about. She couldn't let being frightened make it so she couldn't say anything. It'd prove that she was useless.

His ears perked when he heard her familier voice. In a rush of happiness, surprise, and a little bit of panic, Haseo took off towards the direction he had heard her voice echo. Unaware that he was closer then he thought Haseo jumped out from the bush that blocked his way, only to be greeted with Charu's wandering eyes. His claws dug into the ground as he desperately fought to control himself from tackling her. But as he stopped, Haseo's nose touched her's gently.

She took a step back from shock when he touched her nose. She was not at all expecting that. She didn't blush though, no. After a few moments she smiled. "HASEO!" and flung towards him with her paws out. She never thought she'd be this happy to see someone. Though, she glad she was. It meant that they were friends. Good friends. " I thought you left me or something" She said again almost in tears. She was scared, yet not scared at the same time when she was alone.

Looking down almost in guilt Haseo smiled and looked back at Charu, if it hadn't been for his red fur then she probably would have seen the blush that covered it. "I'd... Never leave you." He said happily. His smile didn't seem to vanish as quickly as it had come. Smiles for him were quite rare. Haseo stood up and looked around, examining the area again. "We have to get out of here." He said.

She sniffled a bit and looked at him. "I don't even know which way is out." she was never good with directions, but she never thought that she'd get lost. Never would she have ever thought this would happen, at least it was with someone else then all alone. That would have been the worse. Lost forever from her family. How'd she survive? She tried to smile, but it looked a little funny.

"I might know." He lied, looking around for any openings that could show him the way. Haseo was trying to help from her crying. Her crying and him right here would make him start to cry. Narrowing his eyes when he saw some light, Haseo warily padded towards it. "I think I found a way!" He said cheerfully, looking at her and the small opening that was overflowing with light.

She smiled at him. He was so smart! She wished she was like him. "Oh! Yay! Your the best!" She said with another smile and started to walk in that direction. He always kept his cool. Maybe it was just because she was a girl. She gave a giggle. "Next time, we should stay clear of the woods" She joked a bit.

Haseo nodded, thoughtfully. Staying clear of forests would cause them to not panic. He smiled and waited for her to catch up to him. But, another thought come to his mind. Haseo looked up at the sun, which was already setting. Oh no! He was sure that her parents would be looking for her, while his mother would be looking for him. "Maybe we should go home now." Haseo looked at her. "Before we get into any troubles?"

She nodded. Though, she wasn't sure if she'd get into trouble. Her family was rather big, and was sure that her parents were off trying to find another one of her siblings. "That sounds good. " She said looking around the place. It was creepy, though with Haseo there she felt safe. "Tomorrow we'll have to play again!" She said happily.

Haseo gave a slow nod, not bothering to cast his eyes away from her. As he turned, now fully ready to go home, Haseo looked up at the sky. White, fluffy clouds were forming around. They floated across the sky lazily, and as Haseo watched, he couldn't help but let a small smile cross his face. He was anxious for tomorrow. Haseo couldn't wait to play with Charu next. He had already picked out a game, too.

Charu waved at him, now knowing where she was, she could easily get back home, and it seemed he knew where he was going to. She smiled at him and then turned and started to bounce off in the direction she was most positive was the way back to her family's den. Of course, she hoped no one would realize she was gone, or she'd be in big trouble.
Indeed.
