"He-hey!" came his stuttered response as he moved in a clumsy heap to escape his mothers n**. Rising to his hooves, he snickered a bit.
Hok'ee raised an eyebrow at Chu's n**. His nostrils flared out, he smiled so hard. He held back a laugh. "Well.. that's what you get." he tried to give Vasu a stern look.
His lips were pressed together in a goofy smile as he stood looking now to his mom, then at his dad. "Hi Dad." he teased.
The stallions face didn't budge, but of course he wasn't quite as serious as he might seem. He didn't return the greeting, but teased back instead. "Trying to learn something from your dad." he said as he puffed up his chest and stood tall.
"No...I-" he was cut off.
"You could. And then somethings.." One couldn't help but wonder how long Vasu would of pretended to be sleeping.. "..you have to learn on your own." he glared with one eye shut towards his adult son. Vasu just rolled his eyes at him. He had grown so much, but still had a good bit of living to do. Hok'ee couldn't help but think it was time to teach him a few things about the ladys. Now wasn't the time though. His face softened as he turned towards his mate. He strolled back to her side, so that they were facing Vasu together.
It was as if Hok'ee was now waiting for Vasu to leave. Of course they would want to be alone. He smiled at the two of them, then focused more on his mothers warm face.

A delighted giggle came from the mare as she watched the two stallions toss pokes and prods back and forth. Subtly shaking her head, thick curls bounced along her forehead and neck. "Yes, some things you will just have to learn on your own without the show and tell."
Her cheeks ran hot for a moment. Thinking of her children doing such things, well. That was a bit more than a mother would even like to know. Or could even stand knowing.
As soon as Hok'ee moved back to her side, the heat from her cheeks subsided momentarily. Giving him a cheeky grin, she turned back to face her son. That motherly expression washing over her dark features once again. "I really hope you take my words to heart, Vasu. And remember them well. I want you to be happy in whatever it is or whomever it is you choose to pursue. And make sure you bring her by so that I can chat with the lovely as well, ok?"

"Mother, I will do my best." he said with a shrug of his shoulders, tucking his head to one side as he did. His shoulders paused there for a second, then relaxed. "I'm sure anything could happen, in time. I'm glad I came to you." The hint at her giving better advice that Hok'ee was there with yet another playful tease. Vasu even turned to stick his tongue out at his dad.
"Hey now!" he stamped towards Vasu defensivly. Automatically, he knew what his son had came here for--mare advice. Hok'ee's pride was hurt for only a moment. Why didn't his son come to him for such advice? One could only wonder...
"Hahaha!" laughed Vasu as he bounded away from his fathers charge. "I love you mom! See you two love birds later!" he called back as he lept off into the distance. One might think he was younger by the way he moved. Not paying attention, he almost tripped over a rock, laughed, and then bounced to it's side before he vanished.
Hok'ee looked back at Chu'mana. "He doesn't take after me at all..." he assured with slight worry in his voice. A cool look swept over his face as all attentions turned back to the beautiful mare at his side. "What now?" he said with a show of his white teeth, in the biggest grin.

"Good luck, Vasu." She whispered after her soon who took off bounding like a foal. A large smile spreading across her face as she watched him nearly trip on a rock.
Turning her attention back to her mate, she raised a curious eyebrow. "Oh? I would think the opposite. He is very much like you, Hok'ee. In his own way." Her mate might not see it, but Vasu did have that slight air of his father around him. As did Yiska. But each differed. If they were all the same, well. She wasn't too sure how the world could handle a trio of Hok'ees.
A subtle flick of her tail brought her mind out of thought. "You got anything in mind?" She turned her head slightly to the side, giving him an impish grin for just a second.

"You think so?" A look of suprise coming across his face turned to a deep, approving nod. He really had no clue. If it wasn't a double, he was to dense to recognize the similarities. "Well, our boys are handsome." he said with a teetering rise of his head, confident and proud of this truth. He understood that easily.
"I do have something in mind." A swish of his tail, landed a pop against her rump as he winked at her. "Let's practice making my army bigger." He half lifted his neck towards Chu, offering his hair for a tug or two. He missed everything about her. Food, water, rest, none of these things mattered. His thirst for a night by his mates side would sustain him. He only needed her, here and forever.

"That they are. They'll be breaking hearts in no time." She giggled and flicked an ear. "Hopefully not too many hearts. Eventually I'm sure they will settle down. Its odd thinking of our children going off and starting their own families."
As his tail tapped against her rump, she caught his wink. A small blush coming over her cheeks as she accepted his invitation. Giving his own curly mane a few tugs and nibbles. "Not satisfied with the one you've already got? I suppose they have broke rank now haven't they." Chu teased, nipping at his nose playfully. It didn't really matter what they did to her. As long as they were there, together.

"Wait..that means we'll be grandparents one day, and old." he teased as he curled his lips. "I bet we can beat them at that game." Both his eyebrows danced at her. "I am more than satisfied with our , their just...well..not really ours anymore." An almost goofy grin came over Hok'ees normally well composed face. The thought of foals made him a little soft.
He closed his eyes at her touch, and stole a nibble on her lips when she got close enough. "Mmmm, tasty." His lips smacked together like he had tasted the sweetest fruit.

"Oh look! I think I see a grey hair!" Laughing she bounded away a few paces. Giving her tail a few sultry flicks back and forth. She didn't know about Hok'ee, but she herself definatly didn't feel old. Not at all. Still the foal at heart herself.
Nibbling on her bottom lip, she batted her eyelashes on him. "I dunno. You sure you wanna? I mean, if your too tired...old man." She giggled more and bounded off towards the trees. Leading the chase, her hooves felt light as air.

A forced face of shock pulled at the white face of the black stallion. He tried to be as dramatic as possible at her suggesting he had a grey hair. "That hair is white!" came a playful stern voice.
He trounced after her, calling out in response. "I'll show you what this old man can do." His prissy prance broke into an easy run. He too felt light, as if the moment that his hooves didn't touch the ground, was froze a bit longer in time.
Getting close enough, he reached forward and grabbed a mouthful of Chu'manas tail. He gave it two short tugs before releasing it. He said nothing, he only smiled and looked up to her face while he bounded to her side.

"Oh, so your a lot further a long that I had thought!" She had stopped by the tree line by now. Standing there with a sly smirk on her face, one front hoof hovering above the ground.
The light tugs on her tail made her grin just a little. "Well, if their white now instead of grey, we might just have to put you out to pasture sometime soon." Giggling again, she flicked her tail after it was released to straighten it out. Well as much as you could straighten out a curly tail. Chu'mana rested her forehead against Hok'ee's neck as her body shook from another set of giggles.

He pushed his lips together and glared at Chu'mana with one eye. His hair had always had white in it, yet she was intent on teasing him. "Well! Then your mated to an old man!" he stuck his tongue out at her and nipped at her raised knee.
"You can put me in any pasture...as long as you come with me!" he threw his head up, tossing his mane about with force. A small chuckle escaped his lips as she rested against him, still full of the giggles.
"Mmmmm.." came his faint moan as he suddenly relaxed, curling his face around Chu's ears. Being so close to her was intoxicating.

It was always fun teasing Hok'ee. He was so proud of his looks and I'm sure the thought of getting old wasn't all that pleasing. "Oh well. I don't mind." Letting out a small sigh, a curly forelock fell over her eyes as she closed them. "Of course I'd go with you. I'd follow you anywhere if I could, even if it was out to pasture."
Her ears flattened against her delicate head as he curled his face around them. She had really missed this closeness. And wished it would never end.

He said nothing else.
Everything from that moment on was expressed in his touch. A gentle rub here, a nibble there. The world around him became empty and meaningless. Nothing ceased to exsist, just that Hok'ee had all his senses occupied. He saw nothing but Chu'mana, incredibly close, pressed tight to his aching body. Time had been cruel at keeping the two of them at such a distance, but right now, it only served to magnify their reunion.
I'll hold you here, I'll hold you close. Where our distant longings, make wildfire in the night.
