((...you know, our battle is going to be the first that spans to three pages! ;O ))

"Pidgeotto, up!"

With a quick flap of his wings and a fortunate updraft, Pidgeotto was able to get up in time to avoid Nanook.

"AND NOW DOWN!"

Pidgeotto gave up flying with its wings and spiraled down beak-first at Nanook.

Jenette nearly broken down in hysetia when she saw her ninetales fall. Venna finally broke out of her pokeball and went running onto the field, running next to the fallen pokemon. Jenette held back her tears and waved to Luna. "G-Good battle!" She always told herself to be a good sport whenever she got done with a battle. She got on her knees and held Nanook's head in her lap, stroking his crimson died fur as she dug in her pockets for something to sooth the pain. Soon enough she withdrew him into his pokeball to hurry off to the Poke Center with Venna right behind her.

"Good battle..." Luna whispered as she watched the trainer leave, feeling guilty for injuring the ninetales. It was such a pretty pokemon!

Luna turned her attention to Pidgeotto who was now nesting in a patch of grass and also heavily burned and tired. "Ouch...that musta hurt.

Pidgeotto gave her a 'no duh' look.

"Haha...yaaaah. Let's get you patched up." She said, returning the pokemon to its pokeball and heading to the pokemon center herself.
