Lovely! Beckons to Orna & Empress Cat with a C- "Let's get it started in here"
Orna, not weird about my wand. Rosewood did not choose a vampire, so I transfigured her and she's quite content with faerie energy. The fae stay close, but the pixie are secluded til my time as a vampire is done.
Must say, the night is lovely....and so is the ball room.

Lady - I'm glad that this is just a great transfiguration.. My wand hasn't acted up at all. I've been talking with Flitwick about going after a Charms mastery once I graduate.

It doesn't have the same pizazz it used to. *she raises it and dull red sparks fly out* I need to see someone about it first thing tomorrow.

I'm known as "she who talks to the trees" - your wand will be fine when you revert back - you notice it disappeared when you were converted. Mine too.
Poor thing was vibrating in the corner all upset, so I transfigured it using faerie dust - gives me the blue color for the dance, but my lovely ball gown...ah well. We were talking wands. Wood disappates a vampire vibration.
Those coffins are plush AND waxed...

Hmm, I wonder if it has something to do with the theory that magic is inside of use and the wands help channel our magic.. Once you've been bitten - your life has been altered, you're technically not alive anymore, thus the wands not functioning the same.

So, I'm not quite used to this yet, what do we all DO while at this halloween ball...anything? I think it's way cool, I just haven't gotten into the "groove" yet.

So, I'm not quite used to this yet, what do we all DO while at this halloween ball...anything? I think it's way cool, I just haven't gotten into the "groove" yet. We have fun! And by the way, your Avi looks lovely! There are two scavenger hunts and a riddle hunt...and be sure to post your gifts in the BOO! gifting thread so you have a chance at the big prizes. While you're here, some pomegranate juice? Or pumpkin juice? With or without champagne?

Aye, this is a night for blushes...if my undead body had any blood in it that is.
Garnet, lovely job...and your eye patch reminds me I have a few skull pins to give out for Boo decoys. Wonder where the boo letter is.

I had a lot of fun out in the field - I was actually able to get all of the event items for both the human and the vampire. smile
The trick-or-treating items were also fun, I debated on wearing my newfound pumpkin gown tonight but I really wanted to show my Ravenclaw pride.
