"I wish I could say that was the reason, but it's not" He looked at her when she held his hand, usually he would be pulling it away, but alot had changed in his time spent in the shadow world. He simply looked back and took a deep sigh "She has been trying, for a long time, to defeat me and turn me into her shadow" He paused for a bit, almost completely silent and breathing lightly "I've trained to stop her, but there is one time she will always be stronger than me...night" He knew she probably wouldn't believe him, who ever heard of someone becoming a shadow and having its shadow take their place anyway.

OOC: O.O; she kept his hand? XD she hand pulled her own hand to her chest but...lets just let that one slide
BIC: ...Dream. She was probably still dreaming, under that tree. And when she woke up, she'd feel like a complete moron for all of this. But in the dream...she couldn't exactly say that she didn't believe him. Afterall, the demonic didn't believe that actual pae became shadows and wished death on another, or that someones hand could go directly in a light, but not have any effect on it. "I'm sorry." Was all she could say, still not looking up at him. It wasn't her fault, she had no part in it. But...she wanted to convey somehow that she understood how trying it must be. If...only if...this was all true...then every day he was in danger. If this was somehow true. And this all wasn't some dream her twisted subconcious made

"You don't have to worry, I've held her off...just something seems different" "Everytime she becomes solid she gets stronger...almost strong enough to stop my shadow blade" He looked at her, knowing it was probably all confusing "You probably think all this isn't real, I don't expect you to believe me, but you know the one way to tell dreams from reality, don't you?"

She kept silent, answers bubbling up but refusing to voice them. And a lot of questions too. At his own, her eyes finally flicked back up, lighting on his a split second before going back down to their feet. She shook her head slowly. "...I...don't think so..."
OOC: oohhh, no, it was just when he batted her hand away that she felt that he was solid

((Yes, I was alittle confused at first and came to the conclusion it was his hand, sometimes I misread posts ^^; ))
"Okay, I know it may hurt, but it's a simple and easy way to tell if you're dreaming, pinch yourself" He demostrated himself and looked back at her "In dreams you are nothing more then your mind, you feel no pain no matter what happens" It might make things worse to make her realize it was all real, but he had a feeling it was better if she knew, Moon would go after both of them now and she had to be ready to beleive in what Moon could do

OOC: XD actually, thats not true. If in a deep enough level in your subconcious ((such as if you're having a nightmare which you have to be in like...the fourth or something level to have)) you can experience all five senses.

"So you see now, this is all real" He sighed and thought how she would take it, but knew there were still some things left to say "I am called Shadow Moon, the female you saw is Moon Shadow" "She is more like a mirror image of myself than a shadow, but she learned how to become more than that" He looked at her hoping introducing himself would help "You've noticed she was different from us, she had a mouth and nose, I don't understand it myself, but she's mimicing an elder's form I met" He put the flashlight away and turned away "I'm sorry once again, I've gotten you involved with my own fight, I never meant to bring this problem to anyone else, my powers so weak..."

Her eyes widened, dropping down to her arm. Real. Words. Shadow moon. Moon Shadow. More words. Elders form. A dull rushing in her head. I'm sorry. So weak...The female took a step forwards at his turned back, everything turning a sort of gray. She fell limply onto the man infront of her, on the verge of blacking out.
OOC: XD my sis just ranted to me about it a few days ago, so its just like...aha! I can rant to someone else now!

"Crap I didn't mean to shock you that bad" He kept her up and tried to stop her from falling unconscious "Don't faint on me, I don't know if I can carry you back to your home" He sighed and was surprised she was alittle heavier then she looked, then again he wasn't very strong. He used his shadows for his strength, but not like Moon, not abusing them and making them servants "Hey stay conscious okay, I'll escort you back to your home, but I don't want your parents to think I found you unconscious" If anyone else found out about Moon they'd all know I couldn't control my own powers...

No good. His voice was muffled and distorted, as if trying to listen as her head was under water. Through barely cracked eyes all she saw was gray. Dark gray. Her eyes shut. Still gray. She wanted to get up, but her body wouldn't obey her commands. From something complex...to something as simple as reopening her eyes. She leaned against him, in the males arms and shadows. She was so...sleepy now...

He didn't know what else to do so he kept her up and off the ground "Well I'm eaither going to slapped fort his or be thanked, I really hope it's the second" He set her down against a tree and formed a shadow shield around her "That should protect you while you sleep" He stared at her still amazed how much she looked like Moon, even Moon complimented on the similarities "It's too bad you weren't her, she'd finally get her wish, but I know you can't be her" He turned awayh and shook his head "No, just because they look similart doesn't make them the same, there are probably other pink Pae'il out there?" He sighed and turned backm if she could still hear what he was saying she'd probably think he was crazy talking to himself

Good news, the gray was becoming lighter. Bad news, she was starting to remember what she was coming back to. And what was up with that mumbling? Couldn't he talk...clearer? Her entire body felt like lead. Come on. Surely she could open her eyes. Just a little. Just...a little...her eyelids flickered rapidly before they opened at last, her pale eyes looking at the black mass infront of her...a wall? No...not a wall...she was on grass...or so she thought at least.

He noticed she had woken up and lowered the shield for her. He turned away again and breathed lightly "Do you believe what's happened now, I don't expect you to...it does all seem like a dream" He unfolded his wings around him and closed his eyes, taking in the silence of the night. He still didn't understand why he was even here. Was it time to admit he couldn't handle his own problems.

The black wall disapeared, leaving her to blink at the dark trees ahead. The sunset had passed so quickly...Who was talking? Shadow moon. Of course, Shadow moon. She softly moaned, pushing off the ground with a hand to prop upper body up. Her legs curled up tighter to her on the ground. Why did this happen? Why was it that he just happened to show up nearby on the day that she just so happened to fall asleep? And wake up just as he was close? At dark? Her free hand reached up to touch her head, her brain aching dully. She wasn't a fighter, she was timid and shy and very anti agressive! The female sighed softly, slowly looking up at the male. Looking so delicate and alone, laying there with a mixture of confusion and saddness on her features. "Why...are you telling me this?" She softly asked, settling on a question. "You...don't...even know my name."

"I didn't plan on it, I guess I should have never came back" He looked at the ground with a dull expression, where his shadow would be "I never meant for any of this to happen to you, I can tell you're not one to fight" He yelled at himself in his head, regretting letting his curiousity take over and seeing who she was in the first place "Your name is not as important as your life" "I tell you these things because Moon is after both of us now, I could say you shouldn't have came back to help, but I really do apperciate it, I owe you my life" He bowed before her and looked back up
