HEY HEY! Aureus and Argentum could to 'readings' from the pumpkin pulp! like little squashes that someone picks from the top's cut open and that mass of pulp and seeds is read. *nodnod* Like a fortune cookie.
The twins can also cast a few spells, they can help out in that department as well. ~

Oh man, I love the idea of 'pumpkin readings'. *squees* So cute and fun~ <3 And the Werewolf variation may be more appropriate for the whole Halloween theme we're going for? <3

I agree, though it might be easiest to just keep the game to the very basics -- just have werewolves and townsfolk. Otherwise, with the other rolls such as guardian angel/cop or seer/detective, people might see who the mafia picked and either select/avoid that person, or vice-versa. <<;

Just to inform you guys, only the front page is being judged. Any activities, while fun, aren't technically supposed to factor into scores. XD So make sure the front page looks awesome and can stand on its own~

I have lots of fun brushes and such. I am pretty sure I can come up with something nifty and enchanting for banners.
I'll work on some sort of banner theme with fonts and such. Also I'll see if I can find brushes to use to simulate lights.
And during the party, Belwen would be good to play hostess around the refreshments. And of course can do whatever is needed party game wise.
As for the front page, we can have an events, refreshment, and perhaps a story section. I'll see if I can find some sort of enchanting halloween story to post up...might be able to put that up in the first post to help set the scene.

It wouldn't be too hard to work game rules into the front page though, I don't think. Empyrs can play them or not, but having them there, and listing the prizes and the like, is a good idea, I think. :3

Oh, definitely. I'm not saying we shouldn't do interactive stuff, just that we need to be sure that our presentation of the activities on the front page is really awesome, and not just a way to get the activities going, you know?

Hmm we could tie all the posts together somehow, going along with the enchanted evening thing.
Er...maybe doing different scenes from an enchanted evening?
A post about the lady, the magic, the prince, the villian, perhaps the villian tries to kidnap the lady, or make her his forever (through something like undeath, vampires are considered more romantic horror), the prince or hero fella saves her...we could even give our enchanted evening a slight sotryline to go with it. Not based on horror but on the magic. And in each section have something different. Like a spot for different events, refreshments; like a subsection to each post.
So it would look like this.
Section of the enchanted evening story....(we'd have some spoof written about this room and how it is fancied up, along wiht banners or images).
And then a spacer of some sort.
The event for the room would be below, wiht whatever images are needed for it.

I know suggesting the vampire angle does add some horror to the whole idea. But it's just one example of what we could do...so we can have our rooms tied together.
Edit: Or more along with the enchantment theme. We could do different sections of a Harvest festival for each post.I'm just throwing ideas out there...so feel free to suggest whatever.

I think we should stick with the whole cafe idea that maru suggested. It's sweet and cute.
Instead of several rooms, it could be several locations within the same room. Like the twins would have their own post, Abacus his own, Belwen and Biwa, etc etc... but that post is a corner within a tavern-like setting.
I believe Maru said we should decorate the interior like a pumpkin - which I think is a fabulous idea. ^_^

Since it is a tavern I'll see what I can contribute decoration wise. ^^

I believe so. I was going to make the decor for the Twins' section but I think some sort of unifying banner system or side-banners would be a good idea. Maybe a corner piece to go in the upper left that's like a cafe window with an elegant drape and a small table? Nothing fancy... just black and orange.
And somebody should make the sign for the cafe. Like those ones that people used to hang in front of buildings way back. That'd be cool.

I actually have a design thing that might look good along the left of posts. I think I might be able to find something more vine looking...
But since it's a pumpkin perhaps some orange and green instead of orange and black. So it's like a pumpkin and vine...

Yep! Skie hit the nail on the head -- I've envisioned it to be like a tavern: one big room with split up parts. I'm about to make a possible light fixture to show off what I've been thinking the Will O' Wisps to be. :3

...um, that's all I can think of as far as jobs go. Anyone else have any ideas for what an Empyr can do? xd Multiple people can have the same spot, like if more than one wants to be a drink mixer, someone can concentrate on coffee and the other on tea or something. :3
