Zero the hunter
I believe there is a problem with your skill. Revolution! is in fact too powerful to be just a passive skill. I mean basically you can easily deal between 5-13 damage each turn depending on the distance. And since most maps are small and you have a Speed of 5 that will give you a lot of advantage.
So here is my suggestion. Revolution will be an active skill. You may only use 1 time every 3-4 turns. You okay with that?

I guess I never really added up the values O.o
I'm not sure with making it into an active skill though, which requires time for effect... check by later today I guess, when i've updated the card to a new, hopefully less overpowered effect. Till then Ima be thinktanking
---Current Ideas---
-Revolution! (passive) Add damage equal to Technique- Distance from target to all physical attacks made by Reznov. Cannot be a negative number and can only be used against a target once through the whole battle
-Revolution! (passive) once per turn, as a free action, deal damage equal to 5 -distance to target to a range of 4.
-Revolution (passive) When reznov is attacked, he can deal 5 -distance damage to the attacker.

From the looks of the First one it'd be sorta like declaring an all out brawl between two fighters, but still for it to use tec Maybe some sorta down fall like a small penalty against other enemies unless selected enemy is out of the fight.
Second sorta sounds like a magic missile but For some reason I see Phoenix Wright Screaming revolution at someone and they flinch
Third sounds like a counter attack, Maybe even have it as a Counter attack. When struck you make an attack roll and deal damage equal to tec - distance

I meant it can only attack each enemy once, not only one enemy. I know it's a tad hard to understand do to the way I typed it.

For the first one:
It's just the same as your skill but it can only be used 1 time against each enemy. Still most minor enemies have 13-15 HP, while bosses have around 30HP. Basically you can kill minor enemies easily and remove nearly half damage to bosses. I will accept your skill if it was 3-Distance and used 1 time every 2 turns. Needs to be active.

Second One:
As I read you can deal damage to a target without wasting an action. So basically you can deal like 1-5 damage and then attack dealing even more damage. I will be ok with this one if it's used 1 every 2 turns and no free action. Needs to be active.

Third:
I am ok with this one. The only thing is that you can only use it once per turn. That means, if someone attacks you two times in the same turn, you can only counter once. Also you will need to do a Tec roll to see if you succeed in the counter. That means you will have a 5/8 chance to do a counter.

Also one thing. Active skills most of the time are free. Skills that add damage to an attack don't take time. Skills that do damage take time. Active only means that you can use it any time you want, like a spell. Passive skills are always active or activate when special conditions appear.

What do you mean with cooldown?
Anyway like I said if it's a free action basically you can use all 3 times in just one turn. A skill that deals damage can't be a free action. A skill that increases damage is a free action. Here is a way I will accept your skill.
Revolution!(1): Deal damage equal to Tec-distance to a target withing 4 squares. Requires a Tec roll. Recharge in 3 turns.
Also your skill is strong since it depends on a stat. You can increase your stat with items making your skill even stronger.

Revolution!(1): Deal extra damage equal to Tec-distance to a target within 4 squares on your next attack. Requires a Tec roll. Recharge in 1 turn.
Tis basically the original skill, but requiring a tec roll and usable only on one attack every other turn

Cut the special. A Max stat is 5 unless you have paid GF for a new character.
Expand on those abilities as words give no information as to what it is. Necromancer, Lightning, and Mind Manipulation I don't think have been placed on characters yet so you need to explain them. Necromancer could just mean you gain a bonus or grant a bonus to undead not necessarily under your control and lightning could mean a Lightning attack or a speed change.

Zero on the front page you left it saying skills add up to 20 not any max...

Also Ken I need more information about your abilities and skill.
Abilities are passive bonuses. Check the list for some examples. As long as you don't give a proper character info, then I can't make your character.
