Think they were making enough noise, hm? Flicking his white tails, the father of the troublesome trio peeked out from their room. Might as well make sure they didn't break anything. Stretching out his paws, Terasu made his way down the hallway sluggishly. His nose did wriggle though, smelling more than just his kids. Ears pricked up hopefully.

Nyh snarled above her sister, pointing a claw right on her soft nose. "Listen you, that was a low blow. Spiking me with food!" And she hadn't even sensed it, but she'd leave that part out. Frowning, she turned to her brother, ears pinning at his definition. "It's called a fridge, genius."

Rolling on his side Faith yawned, unimpressed. "I know that, Nyh. But fridge is so boooooring. I like white-cold-box." Humor glinted in his eyes, tails a waving banner enticing a good pouncing and tussle.

Wait... Sniff. Sniff! Faith lifted his head up though he remain laying on his side. "Mum! Pops! Look who's here! And with a frie-end too!"

Jade pouted at her father's words, about to protest, until a look from her mother was leveled on her. Charity twitched her set of green tails, "Well? You heard your father... take it out side. Get going!" She might be able to influence daddy... but Jade knew better than to mess with mom. "Okay..." and with that she scurried for the door.. sending a playful swat at her brother's tails. She then made a run for it, as if expecting him to chase. Charity just rolled her eyes at her daughter then focused her attention on Setsumi... of whom her mate was already greeting. A brow lifted at Darkfeather, "Well.. seems like your mother has a new interest."

Darkfeather just looked at Terasu with little expression, not really sure what to do in this instance. Merely giving Setsumi's son a polite nod in acknowledgement and a, "Hello."

Faith pouted at his father's order but moved to obey. "aww...." Then Jade swiped at his tails and he was moving like a flash after her, all laziness from the moments before vanished. "Hey!! You are so goin' down Jade!!" But he was laughing, large feet pounding against the floor then skidding out the door. If Grams had brought back a new mate... that meant she would be staying!! He could bug Grams and that Darkfeather guy later! Maybe even tell them about his little friends. For some reason Faith did not want to tell his sisters or mum -Pops would tell Mum too. Maybe because he did not want to upset them baby playing with other girls that were not family. Or be teased about girlfriends. inwardly he cringed. Eww. That was like thinking of mating with his sisters!!

Playfully growling he lunged at his sisters. Three-way wrestle FTW!

A falling out? But didn't he just see pops sometime ago. Terasu flicked his ears down, thinking back. He didn't know the whole story, only that things weren't well between his parents. He could read that much from both of them. And this was the result? Giving a toothy grin, Terasu shook his head. It was all he could do. "Then...whatever makes you happy." He was already grown himself, so the need for a father figure was no longer needed. That, at least, reduced any strain in welcoming the new male.

She watched carefully, taking in her son's reaction. Confusion was something she expected, and she promised to catch him up later. When they'd have time to their selves to share. "I am happy." She turned a smile to Darkfeather, resting her shoulders against his paws. With his words, she nodded, as if just now remembering that Terasu was the father to the grandkits. "I can imagine you are." Eyes turned to the green mother. "Both of you."

"That's good." The younger male gave a glance to Darkfeather, nodding his approval. So long as his mother was content, he'd be too. Just....yeah. It was difficult to think of topics to speak of with this new family member. Terasu nodded to his mother's question, blushing abit as well. "Happy in a worn way." Four was alot to handle, but it was worth it. He blinked at the brush, grinning back to Charity. "But we succeeded, and still in one piece."

Setsumi let a soft giggle to Terasu's expression. The experience of parenthood; she'd never thought Terasu would see it so soon. And with his mate of choice; Charity seemed to have a softer heart than first thought. Succeeding in one piece...was Darkfeather up for that? She peeked to the male, quietly asking him that before spreading their own word. Could he handle that title that was gifted to him?

The nod was all she needed. Nodding herself, she glanced back to the younger couple. Brows rose somewhat at Charity's silent presence. She'd never understand what the other was thinking. She wondered if Terasu ever could. "Well, there's more news." Heh, this would be fun. "Um...eggs are expected as well." So, more siblings for Terasu.

.....say that again? Terasu stared blank faced to his mother, before his weight plopped down in a sit. If not for Charity right there, he may have fallen over. More...siblings? Was this some crazy dream? The boy shook his head, tilting his ears to see if they were working. "Are you....serious?" But, she looked normal enough. Please say she was joking.

Setsumi snapped her fingers infront of Terasu. "Wake up Terasu. I am being serious." A paw pointed to Darkfeather. "We don't know when or how many. But it's true." She couldn't help smirk to Charity and her words. Yeah, feathers would be hard to skip this generation.

Terasu blinked his eyes. Both to the poke and snap. "Oh...yeah. But I still hold..." What? First child respect? Affections? He let it drop, not knowing how to say it, or uner what tone. He just grinned. "Can't wait to see the little ones."
