I think the weirdest place for me was the side of a busy street. Some mormons (elders), who I had had previous contact with, stopped in their car when I was walking with my friend and I tried to tell them that I had no interest in their church, and they wanted me to tell them why right there. But how can you explain to someone who so thoroughly believes that it just doesn't ring true with you? Especially the mormons, as they'll just tell you, "Pray to g0d, and he'll tell you it's true," basically saying that if you don't believe it, you're not trying hard enough.

a telemarketer called me on my cell phone once(i didnt know they could do that) and asked if i wanted to take a religious survay...i respectfully declined and hung up the phone...a few hours later the same guy called and asked again if id like to take a religious survey...the fact he called back made me mad so i just hung up on him...a few minutes latter he called again, i hung up again and turned off my cell...that night i turned my cell back on to see if anyone had called, sure enough there was one voice mail...i listened to it, the guy said "you should have taken my survey...it might have saved your life"...i was so freaked out that i couldnt sleep for a week...

E_Night Sure some go door to door, others march in parades. We've all encountered them but where? People all want you going to church and praising Da Lord. Where is the weirdest place that people try to convert you to christianness? I went to see fantastic 4 and about 6 of the pre-previews were paid by christians trying to get you go to church. One was "If your rich and you don't believe in god, ur going to hell." it was pretty sad. crying I haven't had any Christian really proselytize to me, but I think the weirdest place it could happen would be in bed during sex.

Add a new one on there: the beach. There was this really drunken lady there (friends new girlfriend) and im not sure what she was it was like some godlady/stars or whatever. She was so wasted i don't even know
anyway after i listened to her babble for a while she fell backwards in the sand in her chair.

E_Night Lucifers_Alliance My old spanish teacher tried to tell me that "god" was the only way to go... tell her thats not true you can easly get of the highway of religion by takeing an exit. Point to the door and walk out! You had a good highway analogy going until the whole door thing.

no one really tries to convert me besides those darn mormans. i say darn because it was always the same two who came to my house. pete and alvin. every single week they would come and badger my family so one day my brother and i decided to get back at them. (we told them to stop coming nicely at first don't worry) so i had nikky over and mom and dad were gone, we had this all planned out. when al and pete knocked on out door taylor opened it from behind so it looked like no one was there then nikky started banging things in the basement and screaming and i was upstairs at the window above the front door and i yelled "THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!" and i tipped over a bucket of ice cold water through the window screen. they never came back sad
